WELL ORGANISED, RESPONSIVE, TRUSTWORTHY. - We did three day tours with Bali Agung Tours - (1) Nusa Penida, (2) Tegalalang rice terraces-Tirta Empul temple and (3) Tanah Lot temple-Taman Ayun temple-Ulundanu temple (Bratan lake)-Jatiluwih rice terraces. I found the BAT team very responsive and flexible. I had to make a change at the last minute - shuffle two day tours - and they managed to do so without a fuss even though a guide was involved. There was someone looking at my WhatsApp messages at seemingly any time of the day - and responding - so I never felt I was talking to the wind. They gave us an excellent driver, Made Mudana, on all three days as well as for our airport transfer from Ubud. I have only two small complaints: the first car they sent us had a couple of cockroaches, but they changed the car the next day. Also (quite surprisingly) they did not know that ferry services to Nusa Penida would be closed on the day the tour was originally scheduled, because of Nyepi Segara, or Ocean Silence Day, a Hindu holy day which forbids any activity in or around the sea. Being locals, they should have known. This resulted in a rearrangement of the tour dates (further rearranged to accommodate my requirements). That apart, everything was perfect and I can't recommend them highly enough. The two people I interacted with the most - Artini and Wati - were both informative and helpful. Wati, in particular, gave excellent and detailed suggestions on a variety of subjects ranging from where to eat, where to change money for the best rates, etc. BAT is the kind of company one feels safe and reassured with. The slight premium in price is probably worth it. If you are ever in Bali, do remember to check out Bali Agung Tours.

Memorable Bali Tour with Bali Agung Tours - We did various tours over 2 weeks with Bali Agung Tours. It was very well organised. All their tie ups are with good restaurants, good operators and our guide, Mr. Made Mudana, was very courteous, professional, always before time and ready to help us in all ways possible. He took us to various Indian restaurants whenever we asked him. We had very good experience with Bali Agung Tours. Special mention of Mr. Made Mudana who helped us in making our whole trip very memorable and enjoyable.

Amazing experience. Amazing itinerary. Superb guide - Excellent itinerary made by Agung Tours Bali. Excellent driver and guide Gusti. Seamless and well planned. Gusti was superb and thorough. Took great care of us. Itinerary covered the diversity of Bali including culture, food, beaches, temples, dance adventure. The itinerary was not rush rush but thoughtfully planned with various lunches and entrance tickets built in. Gusti guided us well and was always with us to help. He was always on time.

Seafood - The tour guide is helpful and presentable. We enjoy our lunch and dinner. It is a good place to relax and chill during holiday.
