Manta Rays - Putu G was great. He took us on the land tour first, when it was cooler & not as busy, then snorkelling when it got hotter. Great to swim with manta rays & deed lots of colourful fish.

Nusa Penida tour with Dede - Dede welcomed us in the harbour and showed us the way to the boat. After waiting for everybody we went on the boat to three different spots to swim and saw lots of fish and corals! Really cool experience. After the snorkelling we went on a tour with Dede around the island and he showed us the best views of the island, explained the story and traditions and took so many pictures for us! Highly recommend :)

Nusa Penida West - The snorkelling this morning was nice, although the sea was a boat ride was a but bumpy and made me feel a little seasick at times. The views of Nusa Penida West were incredible though and the place we stopped at for lunch was lovely too! If you want to go down to the beautiful beach in Kelinking you have to do the tour without the snorkelling though, so decide which you would prefer! Our guide/driver (Dede) was amazing as well, very friendly and gave us good information about the beaches we visited and the villages we drove by. Would recommend!

Great viewpoints and fish - Deedee was a great guide for the land part of the tour! He is a local who has always lived on Nusa Penida - he told us a lot about the island and took us to all the best viewpoints! His driving skills are amazing!
During the snorkelling trip, we saw lots of cool fish in the coral reefs. The only downside is that Manta bay was very rushed (15 min only) and so we only saw some from the boat when we were leaving. Could have done with more time there.

Amazing time snorkelling and exploring Nusa Penida - My friends and I had a wonderful time snorkelling and exploring 4 different bays :) everyone I. The dive centre and on the boat was so friendly and kind. we then went on a tour of the island with Dede where we went to 3 different beaches and also had lunch too. We didn’t feel rushed and Dede took the time to explain things and was friendly and kind and took lovely pictures. Thank you, we had an amazing time and we hope to return!

Perfect day trip with Putu and seamless hotel transfer from Nusa Dua - I had a truly memorable day in Nusa Penida with Putu. He is a friendly and knowledgeable guide who loves sharing his island with visitors. I wish I had spent the entire day with him rather than spending a few hours snorkeling.
I had ever snorkeled before and wouldn’t recommend this for other first timers. The water was deep and the waves were pretty big the day I went - some people got sea sick.
That said, once I was driving around with Putu I thoroughly enjoyed my time. He took me to a nice restaurant where I had chicken satay and a cold drink for lunch. Then we visited two beautiful cliff beaches. We weren’t able to go down to the water though and I wish I had booked a longer tour to have enough time for that. Putu gave me plenty of time to explore on my own and I never felt rushed. He has a nice air conditioned van which provided relief on a hot day and people were selling cold drinks and ice cream at all the stops.
Nusa Penida is not as developed as the resort areas of Bali so expect rough roads and more basic facilities, but you will also get a more authentic feel of Bali and Indonesia. As a former Peace Corps Volunteer, I felt right at home.
The hotel transfer and fast boat process were seamless. The driver communicated with me through WhatsApp on the day of my tour and ensured I arrived on time despite road delays from the storm the night before. Putu was waiting for me at the port with my name on a piece of paper and ensured all the snorkeling details were set up for me. When I returned from Nusa Penida the same driver from the morning met me at the port and confirmed my pick up time on WhatsApp.
I highly recommend using this company for your visit to Nusa Penida. If you can, request Putu as your guide to ensure a truly memorable and special visit.

Nice to see manta Ray but not for beginners - It was a great experience able seeing manta ray in real life. I have booked a pirate boat tour since I want more guidance for my bf and I first time snorkelling experience. However, the beginning of the journey was really rough. The guide was not able to communicate in English and he hasn’t been able to give any instructions to manage our expectations before going into the really rough sea. And he was rushing me to jump into the sea before I am ready. It takes some time to settle in. But once we have warmed up, then we were able to fully enjoy it. The driver was was really nice to accommodate our tight schedule and make sure we can get on ferry on time.

Horrible - After booking the trip I was told that I need to pay extra 550K for the boat ticket to return from Penida to Bali. Very confusing.
The tour itself is worse than a hop-on hop-off bus. 1h in a crowed boat to the island, 20-25 min snorkeling on each stop with another 4-5 boats at the same time, you will get fins on your face, see little fishes.
A huge waste of time,
