Logan had lots of good... - Logan had lots of good ghost stories! Liked hearing about the history of many of the older buildings. About a 1.5-2 mile walk. Nice small group.

Fun and spooky - Logan was a great tour guide, and we had a lot of fun! He was very informative, friendly, and down to earth. We were very surprised to hear the spooky tales behind the city!

Great little ghost tour of the city and lots of fun facts - We did the tour tonight and our guide was Logan. He was very knowledgeable! Because it was a small tour (just the two of us booked it tonight) we were able to stray off the beaten path a little and our tour guide took us into a couple small areas you couldn’t take a big group. One caution is it says the tour ends at Stout St, but our tour turned at Stout went over a few blocks and walked back to union station. So be wary of that if you’re thinking you’ll end your tour at Stout. But overall a great experience and was super excited to learn some of the history of Denver!

Just so-so. - There really wasn't very much interesting information given that you couldn't read yourself by doing an easy Google search. Need to throw more interesting facts... incorporate the Brown Palace into the tour. Lots of ghost history there

Too much walking, not much talking - Guide was nice, another guide joined and had some input to add but mostly surface level on the research. More walking than talking. Stories were hit or miss not much historical facts about the buildings or the back stories of the people who died their. Just walked a huge circle with the guide who was more excited about the 7Eleven sitings than historical stories. Group management was hard with the guide starting stories before all were together. We would have loved to hear more about the tunnels and brothels etc...

Adults Only would be anyone from the age 6 and up. - Very disappointing. The guide did not have much of a personality. His presentation sounded like he was reading a scrip for the first time. There was nothing that justified it being labeled "Adults Only". It was time waisted.

Do not recommend - It was awful. We were the only 2 people but the guide didn’t know his stuff. He couldn’t answer any questions my husband or I had. It was so bad we requested he end the “tour” early at 30 mins. Awful.
