We provide several options based on the season:
Alpine Lake Hike: Located just an hour away, this 4-mile round-trip hike takes approximately 3 hours and features breathtaking views and cascading waterfalls in the summer.
Bison Reserve Hike: A 35-minute drive leads to a 3.5-mile, easier hike with spectacular views and an opportunity to see bison up close, separated only by a fence.
Historic Mining Area Hike: About an hour from Denver, this 4.5-mile trail winds through an old mining area, once called the “Switzerland of America,” offering beautiful scenery along the way.
Our small, adaptable tours allow us to select the best hike for the day, taking into account the weather and the group’s energy level. We provide sandwiches, snacks, water, and hiking poles.
