Rocky Mountain National Park ranks among America’s most frequented natural sites. It showcases awe-inspiring summits in all directions, providing an undisturbed, wide-ranging vision of wilderness at its prime. Within the Park, there are 110 peaks that reach up to 11,000 feet, including the renowned Longs Peak at a towering 14,260 feet. The exquisite natural vistas in this region can be admired by vehicle or on foot. Trail Ridge Road is the preferred path among visitors and is notably the highest sustained asphalt road in North America. If viewing wildlife is your forte, you can expect a variety of birds and animals in their natural surroundings, along with other memorable sights. Our return trip includes a stop at the notable Stanley Hotel, esteemed for its influence on the book and film, ‘The Shining.’
