- Famagusta Viewpoint - Begin your journey in Derynia village at the Famagusta Viewpoint. - Famagusta Walled City - We will drive to the checkpoint to cross into the northern part of the island, occupied by the Turkish army, and pass by the ‘ghost city’ where visitors are not allowed. We will then explore the old city with its stunning Venetian walls, take photos, shop, or relax with a coffee. You can also visit the Othello Tower and capture breathtaking photos from the top.
- Blue Lagoon - We will head towards the beautiful eastern beaches, where we will board a cruise boat and sail along the coastline, enjoying views of various coves and sea caves. One of the trip’s highlights is the ‘Blue Lagoon,’ known for its crystal-clear waters. Here, you can relax, swim, or snorkel, with snorkeling equipment provided on board for free. During this scenic and memorable cruise, we will have another opportunity to swim. A delicious lunch prepared by our chef, accompanied by a complimentary local drink, will be served on board. Please note that there will be no guided tour on the boat during the cruise. Adverse weather conditions or other factors beyond our control may lead to the cancellation of the boat trip and lunch. In such rare cases, guests will be compensated with €28.00 per adult and €15.00 per child.

Expected more - Jeep safari and one boat trip along the Bleu Lagoon. You expect to experience a jeep safari over the rocks and through forests. This is not it, it is crammed into a jeep with 10 people and then straight over the 80 km road to Famagusta. You have to go through a checkpoint twice and your passports are checked. This takes 40 minutes of the excursion time both there and back. We had a tour with 9 jeeps. The boat left at 12 o'clock so it was a race against the clock and we ended up walking 45 minutes in Famagusta. On the boat you have 10 places in the sun, the other 80 people sat below deck and that was chilly. You had to buy your own drinks (4 euros for a soft drink or beer). We had lunch at 2:00 PM (which is late if you are already on the road at 8 AM). At lunch you could only choose from red or white wine or juice (lemon juice) if you wanted something else, you had to buy it at the bar. Overall I didn't think it was worth the money. 93.00 paid per person.

Beautiful trip but unprofessional guide - We had a blast visiting Famagusta and swimming in the Blue Lagoon was a beautiful ending to our excursion. But we did encounter rather unpleasant moments with our guide George Michael. He said innapropriate and very unprofessoinal sexually tinted things which made us very uncomfterable. He makes it very obvious and awkward that he has a “powerful” position. The excursion was amazing I would really recommend it but it’s dissapointing that he might do or has done this to other tourists as well. Hopefully this will be taken into consideration.
