Master the art of rolling ‘sfoglia’ (fresh pasta) by hand and discover how to whip up 2 different types of pasta from scratch, all under the guidance of your Cesarina. For the perfect finish, you’ll also learn to create the delectable Tiramisu. This hands-on cooking workshop is a fantastic opportunity to immerse yourself in Italian culture and cuisine while creating friendships. Key aspects of the class include:
• Mastering the technique of rolling ‘sfoglia’ (fresh pasta) by hand
• Creating 2 different, iconic pasta types
• Whipping up the celebrated Tiramisu
