Execellent - Amazing experience. We did the evening excursion and left hotel around 3pm and returned around 10pm. Highly recommend our tour guide Afzal who looked after us and we did lots of dune bashing which the kids loved. This tour is for all ages. Kids are 6 and 8 and loved it. Met & fed the camels and later went to the Bedouin which was beautiful. There was henna painting, a chance to hold an eagle, evening entertainment - belly dancing. A huge dune to climb where you can skate/sledge down. It was very picturesque especially in the evening. Highly recommend doing this if you're in Abu Dhabi. There was a delicious buffet too with so much variety. Again thank you to Afzal for looking after us and taking lovely pictures for us to remember this trip. Waseem & family.

Fun in the sand! - The safari began during a January evening (which apparently is one of the best times to visit Dubai) and we were picked up by an escort from team Arabian Adventures. The roads that ran through nothing but barren deserts on either sides was actually a beautiful sight. The safari would start with a short eagle show displaying some sharp skills of a trained eagle. And then came along the cool dune bashing ride which was super fun if you are someone who loves some thrill and action (but not so fun for those who can get nausea soon). The sunset will be the time where you get a short break from the bashing to capture one of the most beautiful sunsets that you will ever capture. Final stop - Margham Desert Camp and what to expect from here would be- a buffet of authentic food and beverages, belly dancing, photograph time in their traditional costumes, watch the crafty souvenirs being made from sand, camel riding and yippee...sandboarding! So you can chill the night away, make yourself indulge in one "Arabian Night" sort of night until it is time to leave and by then you will be dead tired and sleep all the way back to the hotel. Travelled in Jan'2018.

An amazing Desert-Adventure!     - We booked a private car (4 x 4 vehicle) for the two of us and were picked up at the arranged time at our hotel. The dune bashing was very enjoyable and fun, the camel farm interesting and the dinner at the Bedouin camp was delicious. The entertainment-program with a belly dancer and a Tanoura dancer was excellent. They also offered to get some Henna Tattoos or shisha smoking after dinner. Our driver SUNIL was very professional, extremely friendly and helpful and made us feel comfortable at all times. We enjoyed everything of this desert-trip and can definitely recommend this tour.

Desert safari - Awesome trip from start to finish, well worth doing and heaps of fun. Our guide Fayis, was excellent, super polite, a great driver and a around nice guy. He took us through the dunes which was awesome, then we went and fed saw the camels and had a little ride, then went to a show with dinner, we both really enjoyed ourselves and would highly recommend doing this tour with this company. If you can get Fayis as your guide you would be super lucky too.

Excellent value for the money paid - We booked online but didn’t have to pay until we got there. It was 75dhr per person so abut £17 each considering what it included we weren’t expecting much to be honest! We were contacted by our driver on the day of trip. We arranged to meet at a pick up point near a mall. This worked out cheaper than being picked up at our hotel. We were taken to a compound in the desert. We did have quite a wait before anything began. We first did the dune bashing which was incredible fun! Then a very short camel ride although you could upgrade to a longer ride but didn’t feel the need. You could also pay extra to do quad biking. A bit later as it cooled off a bit we did some sandboarding, in my case using it as a sledge. They guy organising the sandboarding was amazing a true gentleman that helped this struggling near 60 year old get back up the sand dune! It’s harder than it looks but good fun. We were also seated on large cushions on the floor with tables and we had entertainment which was very good. We also had a bbq buffet with was worth the £17 in its self. It was very good value if you have the basic price. There is a bit of up selling photos etc. the reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is that it is not a luxury trip ( but didn’t pay luxury prices) would have liked a little more announcements about what was happening and there was only 2 working ladies toilets and were not the best apparently the gents were better. We had a great time and that’s all that matters and good to find a cheap alternative. Also we had to pay more to pay by credit card. You pay when you arrive.

Avoid if you value your time - I have no idea how they still have good/high rate... If you value your time at all DO NOT GO! 1. They take you with old, small, stinking of gas/diesel bus all smushed together (like 50 people in a little bigger bus than minivan which seems is about to break any second) and the ride takes you 2 HOURS ONE WAY - which they do not tell you... 2. The safari ride is nice, but maximum 10 minutes!!! This is a joke to drive 4 hours total to get 10minutes ride! 3. Then you have 2-3 hours "free" time basically just sitting in the middle of desert not doing anything... 4. Camel ride is a joke and also the camels are angry (hitting people) and very poorly taken care... 5. Food - definitely not a barbeque and just passable quality (my stomach didn't really felt well after the food) 6. The "amazing" show is just basically 3 belly dances and one guy doing fire performance for 10 minutes 7. Sandboarding - NON EXISTENT (after 1 hour going back and forward asking about they brought to us one broken board and told to go from dune next to the place which was small and as board is all broken and scratched dis not even move from spot for anyone in the group... 8. Also the "nice" staff someone was telling about is not that nice at all just trying to rip you off on everything! Buy picture, buy soft drinks, buy camel ride basically buy everything what was supposed to be included! AVOID this tour at any cost. I have been to plenty tours but this one was the worst I ever had! Super angry I wasted the whole day for this.... 8. Soft drinks only when performances start (19:30) and it is cola and sprite mixed with water... No gas no taste...

Doesnt exist and not in operation - Dont be fooled. This desert tour didnt happen for us. We booked and paid for it by trip advisor only 10 days prior to the tour. The phone lines and email contact of this tour is non existent and only for the people working at the hotel we were staying in in Abu dhabi told us that they handt been in operation since covid 19 struck in April. We had no idea of this when booking and we paid for it too. We lost out on money time and energy from our awful disappointing experience. Not happy and we would like a full refund.
