Excellent experience with local guide - A friend and I stayed at the guesthouse and did 2 of the guided tours (Maramures and Suceava). I speak both English and Romanian and she only speaks English. The guesthouse and guided tour were such a great experience. Florin has grown up in the area and was a patient and very knowledgeable host, and with him we saw several places we would not even have known to see on our own - we were able to go inside some of the older and sometimes overlooked beautiful painted wooden churches. In general everything was taken care of - Florin also picked us up from the train station, and we got delicious homemade food. Definitely recommend.

Wonderful experience! - I am a Uruguayan woman, who have visited Romania, on her own. A few months before travelling, I contacted Florín. I told him which places I wanted to visit, in 4 days. After that, Florin suggested me the possible itinerary. So, Florin picked me up in Suceava and we began the three - day tour, through Bucovina, Bicaz Gorge and Maramures. I spent 1 night accomodation, with dinner and breakfast in Muntean House, and the fourth day, he did the transfer to Sighisoara, visiting some places on the way. I have to say that dinner and breakfast were delicious, and Florin's wife was very kind. The visits were wonderful, made calmly, with good explanations, and a lot of kindness. Florin was very patient. I am very grateful to Florin, who helped me to visit these incredible places and live such beautiful experiences. I wouldn't have been able to do it on my own.

Wonderful days! - I spent two days with Florin. First day Maramures tour to the wooden churches and local handicrafts men, then the second day doing all day drive from Maramures to Suceava, stopping to see the painted monasteries along the way. Both days were really wonderful, very comfortable SUV, lots of staff to see and quite good pricing comparing to other tours offered in the area. I highly recommend Flkrin, he is very informative, helpful and polite!
