Parasailing in Destin - We visited Destin and have used Sun Dawgs Parasailing several times! Kari does a great job with communication and shuttle to and from boat and Gus does a great job with the boat! You can certainly tell his experience with his job and he knows the harbor like the back of his hand!! We had all three generations going up and we had a great time!!!

Booked this for myself... - Booked this for myself and 2 teens. We all 3 went together. Such a fun experience! Highly recommend!

Brandon and Gregg did a great job and kept our wives entertained - We had fun and it was well worth the money. We will be coming back to parasail hopefully next year. Definitely pleased with our experience

Taken advantage of - Swindled us into getting the photos by putting them on my phone automatically. Started with saying I'll take a bunch of pictures and you decide what you want. Then immediately asked for my cashapp, I kept saying we didn't even see what we're buying, he replied oh well they all on the phone now, that'll be 50 dollars and then kept asking.

HORRIBLE WOULD NOT RECOMMEND - HORRIBLE! Rude people working! After them changing our time the guy helping the flyers was still late and rude when asked questions about if they would teach our two flyers what they needed to do as we were concerned parents and this was their first time ever doing this. We’re told multiple times would fly in gulf and ended flying in bay. Website and workers said total trip would last 45-60 minutes and only lasted 20 minutes. Which teach group only flew for 5 of those 20 minutes. There were two groups total on this trip. Our flyers said they were rude to them in the boat when they asked questions about their gear being tight enough and what they needed to do. All of this after we booked for the 5pm trip and they called us asking to change our time to 3:30. Even though it inconvenienced us we agreed to change times. It was $85 with tax and fees per flyer and then $50 for a photo package! Most of the pictures were a dot in the sky. Out of the “100” they told us they took 5 were printable. Horrible first time experience horrible customer service horrible overall. Would not recommend them to anyone except to go elsewhere. Ruined their entire experience.

Unprofessional - We arrived 30 minutes prior, as stated online, and needed to. Unfortunately, we encountered a 45-minute wait. We arrived at 4:30, our time was at 5. We did not step foot on the boat till 5:20 because the guy returned to get his girlfriend. Unprofessional. The other guy that was going was saying right off the bat how we were his last ride of the day, and he was ready to be done. I understand who isn’t. But nonetheless. Make up a lie or something that would’ve been more understanding than knowing we’ve been waiting 45 minutes. We didn’t overthink it; we were ready to do what we had paid for. We did our parasailing; he said pictures usually run about $50, but he would cut us a deal for $40. We accepted, and the SD card malfunctioned, so we could not receive our pictures. We had not paid yet, thank goodness. He put our equipment on well, and we felt safe on that end of it. We were on the water at 5:20 and back at land at 5:48. We paid from 5-6. I just felt rushed and cheated. After leaving, he said we could still tip if we wanted to, and he would give us his cash app or Venmo. We respectfully declined as it had not been a pleasant experience for us. He immediately was griping about the situation, how people don’t tip, etc., and he was highly unprofessional once again. I’m sure everyone has long days, but people are here on vacation. We are not asking you to bend over backwards, just to do your job, and not make inappropriate comments about tips or getting your girlfriend.

Scammers and horrible business owners!!! - We got scammed out of our money! So when we booked the trip online the app said, Tuesday 05/07/24 was sold out! So we booked for Wednesday the 05/08/24 around 2 o’clock… well around 4 o’clock on Tuesday we get a call from our daughter which booked for the 8th as well, called us and said we wasn’t on the list for the 8th. So we call the company and asked what’s going on? Well the app changed our date back to the 7th which was sold out and we missed out on a parasailing experience. We were denied a reschedule and refund! So today the 8th our daughter went to there business for her trip that she booked there app once again failed and booked to many people on the boat so they had to kick a small family off and after she got off the boat the captain said well she isn’t getting her money back!
