Great experience! - Captain Tim and Deckhand Dakota provided our family a great experience. Great boat and outing for our family of 5. Kids age 13, 11 and 6. Put us on the fish all day and provided a challenge fish fight to end the day!

Best fishing trip ever!!! - I had the best time on this fishing trip, I was very pleasantly surprised with how helpful the deckhand and captain were. Thy were super hands on and very friendly! We caught all kinds of fish and were able to bring quite a bit home. I will definitely be booking with them again, I can’t wait til my next one!

Perfect Thanksgiving of Fishing - Just got back from an awesome day of fishing aboard the Alibi with Jacob and Andy. Not only was the fishing fun and eventful, but Jacob and Andy taught us all kind of things and answered every question we had. They were outstanding with our kids (9 and 6). Andy kept us all baited up, and taking care of the fish non stop, all while telling us great stories while Jacob kept us on hot spots. They knew a ton and taught us all things about the fish we were catching. All of this was on Thanksgiving, because our first scheduled day was too rough of seas and they wanted us to have a more enjoyable time. Can't say thank you enough for the good time. Would highly recommend charting here to anyone looking. I will definitely be coming back when I'm back in town

Fishing Alibi - We had an awesome trip!!! This was only my second trip fishing, but my fist time catching. I hooked a Red Snapper, Amberjack (had to release), and a Cubera Snapper before rain set in. Chandler (first mate) and Jacob (captain) put us on the fish and told me exactly what to do. Great guys, and excellent experience!!!!

Family vacation - Fun in the sun fishing experience. JoJo was great. Helped all of us and kept us in the loop to keep the fish on our lines. Would recommend and use them again.

Not very good fishing trip - Would have given a 1 but the deck hand was great. First it would have been nice to know that the generator that runs the AC had been broken for several days. This is July. We booked this boat because it was advertised to have AC. We would not have went if we would have known this was broken. 2nd we were on a 5 hour bottom trip and brought home 0 fish, that’s pretty bad. We had 5 people fishing that have been on multiple deep sea trips. We did hook a couple triggers but out of season and a couple of very small snappers . Most stops maybe a nibble might have missed at most 2-3 that might have been a keeper Snapper. They advertise “No catch no pay” I guess that doesn’t mean fish you bring home because we brought home 0. My biggest complaint is that they did not share with us that the AC was broken until we were out on the water and we asked how to turn it on. I guess they thought we would cancel.

Overcharged - I was overcharged and can't get anyone to return my calls. I have tried to call several times and left messages cannot get a call back. I paid a deposit for the trip on the day we booked it. After I received the confirmation email, I noticed that I was overcharged from what I was told the deposit amount would be. Didn't think much about it since it would be deducted from the total amount at the end. That morning before we left the dock, I gave the owner my card information and paid a 20% tip. After the trip and returning back to our rental I noticed that my card had been charged the full trip price plus the deposit and 20% tip. The deposit was not deducted or refunded. I lost several hundred dollars and can't get my money back.

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. SCAM - Before I made reservations, I read some bad reviews about this charter canceling right before the actual tour thinking it was isolated instances. My mistake! I booked this charter anyway. My kids and their family came from out of town to join this charter with us. Well…our charter was supposed to be today, April 30 from 1-7, and it was canceled without ANY NOTICE or any EXPLANATIONS yesterday April 29 while we were on the drive to Destin!! Not only did all of my family take time off from work, incur the cost to get to our home, plus the cost to head to Destin in 2 separate vehicles AND the cost of 3 hotel rooms to find out 1/2 way there that they canceled us!! We’re livid and I’m warning anyone and everyone not to make reservations with this fishing charter because you’ll only be disappointed!

Captain Let My Family Down! - We had a reservation for the Alibi for July 27th 2021 at 6:00 A.M. Made the reservation 2 months out. we were looking forward to this fishing trip, our family had wanted to do a fishing trip like this for years. I received a text from the captain at 5:30 A.M. the morning of the trip. We were already in route to the boat! The text read that the fishing trip is cancelled for mechanical issues. I tried to call the captain, but he did not answer. I tried to text the captain, but he never responded. Since we were just minutes from the boat, we went to go speak to the captain at the boat. The captain was not there, but the first mate of the boat was. I told him about the text, he said that doesn't make any since. He said there was nothing wrong with the boat. I asked why it was cancelled then? He said the captain must have had something else to do or didn't feel like going out that morning. We were there 4 more days but the captain never called or texted me to try and reschedule or say he was sorry etc... My family was VERY disappointed to say the least. It is very hard for all of us to go on vacation together at the beach because of schedule conflicts. We couldn't fine any other boat to reserve for our trip. The captain of the Alibi let our family down, please don't let him let your family down as well. Find another boat and captain, this is not the one!!!!
