Amazing Angel’s Pool - While it’s possible to book a tour directly with the Devil’s Pool owners, this tour ensures a speedy pickup and appropriate transport from Vic Falls (Zimbabwe) and across to border into Zambia, which was was stressed us out the most. We even asked our driver to take us directly to the airport afterwards and he did. Nothing bus positive things to say about this experience.

Great tour - Awesome tour, staff at the location was very friendly, very well organized and facilities very well kept, staff very professional and really make an effort to leave a good impression, a note for the tour operators though the drop off should be always starting from the people closer to te activity, we were the last ones to be picked up since we were closer to the activity and dropped off last even when we told the driver we had an activity to get to.

Shame about the transfers but was a great experience and great staff - The only thing that was let down was the transfers, they were going to change me an extra 20 dollars and they were late picking me Up, but the whole experience apart from that was amazing, the guides were really professional and really kind, was a real experience to do

Unique, exhilarating, and unforgettable! - The highlight of our African trip. Although devil's pool was closed, Angel pool was as good if not better. Unlike Devil's pool which requires swimming to the pool, you can literally walk to Angel pool, which is also right next to the fall. It's an exhilarating and scary experience, perhaps nowhere on earth alike. The guides we're totally professional, guiding us to the edge and shot pictures for us individually. I recommend the small group tour so you have more time to take incredible photos. Our next group was a standard group so they couldn't take many photos individually. The pool is small with quite strong current, so it felt quite scary when you were there. Highly, highly recommended.

A lifetime experience - It was a day to remember. The staff and all the organization of the experience were perfectly fine. They take you from your hotel, tranfer you to the starting point, then by boat they take you to the pool. It depends on the water level which pool you are going to swim. We were at the Angel's pool. The view was great, the staff help you to get to the edge of the pool and take photos of you. I recommend it to everyone who wants some adrenaline and wants to have unforgettable experience while the trip.

Go to Livingston Island - The folks were lovely, and have a system in place to help everybody get a chance to see the views and get their photos at Livingston Island and Devil/Angel's Pool. The downside was some delays in communication.

Angels pool is nice too though. - The views are amazing and everyone looked after me very well ! I would had appreciated if the company informed me in advance that the devil’s pool was not open due to the current, as that was the experience I booked for. The breakfast was very good!

One Giant Scam from start to finish - We were taken for a complete ride by Tamuka. Not only did they change the tour on us, they never indicated that we weren't going to go to Devil's Pool, and then we were charged USD80 for four of us to be driven for 5 minutes from our hotel to the waterfront. After complaining to the 'manager', he promised us he would assist with getting a refund, which we had initially asked for 2/3rds of our money back and then upped it to 100% after we discovered they COULD have taken us to Devil's Pool and simply chose not to. Tamuka approved for Viator to give us a 40% refund, which was completely unsatisfactory, and the manager AGAIN palmed us off without actually trying to assist us. Stay away from this company.
