A great introduction to the history of Liverpool. Taking in architectural and historical highlights primarily along the dock area near the beautiful 3 graces buildings. It's an easy walking tour over 2 hours.

Tour Guide Didn’t Show Up - I booked this tour for seven work colleagues. We arrived in good time for the 10am tour on Fri 8 November and waited 30 minutes but no tour guide turned up. The landline on Global City Experiences is discontinued and the mobile number had no voicemail. I texted and filled in the contact form but haven’t had a response. An Irish couple had booked via Booking.com and were also very disappointed and annoyed. I realise the guide might have been sick but the company had our mobile numbers so why not phone us to cancel?
