Exploring Swanaford Vineyard offers a captivating peek into the process of grape cultivation and wine production in England. Guests get to roam around the vineyard, observing the five different species of grapes we grow, including traditional champagne grapes like Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier. In the springtime, visitors can witness the vines waking up from winter slumber, with new sprouts blooming from freshly-pruned stems. During the peak of summer or onset of fall, you will marvel at the abundant growth, and of course, grapes! Nestled in a stunning valley in Dartmoor National Park, our vineyard offers breath-stealing rural views.
To ensure an enjoyable and interactive experience for each guest, we maintain small group sizes. Our tour guides are as knowledgeable as they are amiable. We encourage inquiries and enjoy discussing vineyard upkeep and wine production.
