Thank you Mr. Shahadat - Had a full day of fun, activities and adventures. Started our day by visiting ancient mosque Goaldi, aged more than 500 years, continued to the old capital Sonargaon which is known now as Sonargaon Folk Museum. Amazing architectural style, wonderful museum to know about history and way of living tents and village. Panam city is a great part of the tour. Had a great lunch and our last spot was Taj Mahal, an imitation to the real one in Agra, India. Great tour, our guide Mr. Shahadat is very kind and informative. He cares a lot for a successful tour. Reasonable price. Highly recommended. Thank you Mr. Shahadat. Thank you Travel Mate.

Extra ordinary tour with Travel Mate - Sonargaon is a tremendously ancient city in Bangladesh. The artistic architecture of the Mughal era attracted me with its beauty. Recently I visited the city with Travel Mate. That was an excellent day-long tour with Travel Mate. Mr. Shahadat is a very polite & highly knowledgeable tour guide. He pointed out all the necessary things & describe them properly as I wanted. I wish I will plan more tours with Travel Mate.

A Historical Place - Recently I had a day trip with my friends at Sonargaon. This is the place where you get to learn about the Mugal Empire's history as well as the Bengali nation's culture and traditions before it was transformed by the British. Had a great experience there so Recommending this place!

An excellent day tour of an old royal capital city and museum well worth the time and money - I booked a day tour of Sonargaon and Panam Nagar from Dhaka city. They picked me up from the hotel in central dhaka and dropped me back after the tour. The tour guide Shahadat was very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. He explained the significance of each of the places we visited and excelled in local knowledge about the arts and crafts and history of Dhaka and Sonargaon. He even helped me with the bargaining of some nice dhaka traditional fabrics. Definitely would recommend this.

Great day trip from Dhaka to former Mughal capital. - Such a lovely old palace and city. I had a great day with my private guide and driver to this area an hour outside of Dhaka city. Theirs was the best price I saw anywhere for this tour and it did not disappoint 😀 My guide was very attentive and made sure I had everything I needed, he even started the tour a bit later for me as I am not a morning person. Thank you for a wonderful day!

Ok overpriced tour with unbelievably bad traffic - The mini Taj and Panam city. Not a lot to see and 40 minutes out to this place and 3.5 hours back. The worst traffic and I live in Los Angeles! Plus I was charged the single supplement price and yet it wasn’t solo as I shared the experience with a Turk. Nice guy, but I should get a partial refund.

Disappointed - Tour guide, Charro apparently not aware of what was to be included in price of tour. Charged repeatedly for included items Many hours spent in car, in traffic. Tour guides command of English seemed quite limited, unable to provide much useful information when at sights, museums etc. Did show up promptly for hotel pickup.

Would not remember - I would not recommend. The guide wouldn't shake my hand when I introduced myself, didn't really talk to me at all. We had a silent hour ride to the site. I even tried to give him the opportunity to give me an introduction for the days plan, he told me nothing. For a moment i wondered if i got in the wrong car. He told me nothing about the sites, he would tell me they are from "ancient times" "before Mughal". He would point to things made of wood and say "These are wood". No description of when are what things were. I can't even pronounce the name of the city because I never heard him say it, once. I had to Google all the sites when I got to hotel to figure out what I was looking at all day. He did personal shopping on the tour. Spent the car rides on his phone booking plane tickets. He seemed to have very little interest in me, didn't ask where i was from, I don't believe he ever asked my name, I can't remember because I was over it starting from the hour long car ride in silence.

Would not recommend - I would not recommend this tour, was a waste. The 'Guide' didn't introduce himself, didn't shake my hand when I tried to introduce myself, just silently took me to the car and we had a silent hour drive to the site, which is very akward, for a moment I wondered if i got in the wrong car. I tried to give him the opportunity to tell me the itinerary for the day, or anything, nothing. Took no interest in me, didn't ask where I was from or anything. When we got to sites I received no information, he just told me they were from "Ancient Times" "Before Mughals". I can't even pronounce the name of the city because I never heard him say it... On our tour of the city haha. He did personal shopping on our tour. Was on phone most the rides booking plane tickets. Would point to things made from wood and say "These are wood". Pointless. I had to look up the sites we went to when I got back to the hotel to even figure out what I saw all day. He seemed to struggle with my English, I'm a native English speaker. I would recommend a different more professional tour
