The trek to Indrahar Pass, considered as a simple to moderate hike in Himachal Pradesh, starts from McLeodganj, the abode of Dalai Lama, and ends at Triund, elevated at 2,875 meters. The path to Triund, passing through Dhramkot village and Galu Devi, unveils a breathtaking panorama of Dharamshala town and Kangra Valley below. The route from Triund then proceeds to Lahesh Cave via Laka, traversing a field dotted with boulders. The daily journey from Lahesh Cave to Indrahar Pass commences, walking over the rocks in the North East direction on the ridge line, with the steep wall of Mon on its right. The trail persists atop the crest entailing multiple inclines.
