Indrahar Pass - solo trip - I just finished a hike to Indrahar Pass organized with Manu Adventures. Whilst I did not hike up to the pass (a last minute change of plans) I hiked to Laka Glacier (base camp) - a stunning location at the foot of what is the final ascent to Indrahar Pass. I found the hike quite difficult due to the rugged terrain and steepness of the ascent / descent overall - from a starting elevation of 2,000m at Bhagsu Nag to the base camp at 3,400m. Many hike this in one day, but I was very glad this ascent was broken up over two days, with the first night's camp at Leta. My experience with this company was excellent - the trek was easily organized from Australia with no hassle. Prior to trek departure I met my guide Ranu, porter Ringku, and Manu himself who briefed me on what to expect over the course of the trek. Despite how difficult I found the trek I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and the amazing views. Honestly, I am glad to have avoided camping at Triund camp as it appears incredibly busy, noisy and dirty (a shame), where I prefer quietness and solitude which I found at the other campsites (despite the loud music from others that seems to be commonplace, and dogs barking!).  I am immensely appreciative of Ranu's guidance - he has a lovely quietness, kindness and respect and never hesitated to check I was ok (and that I was warm enough at night!)! He worked with my pace, never pushing me. I discussed with him what the hike to the pass was like as Ranu is a highly experienced guide, local to the area, and I came to the conclusion it was beyond my physical capabilities to attempt the pass. I am not disappointed as I was pleased to make it to base camp!  Similarly, I was satisfied with the meals provided - more than enough! I recommend Manu Adventures!

Memorable Trek - We have just had a remarkable experience with Manu Adventures. Manu and his team looked after us above and beyond. It was Indian hospitality at its finest. Food was fantastic. Tents were comfortable and clean. Everyone in the team were happy and joyful. On our hike to the Indrahar pass we were well looked after and not rushed. This was good as we are both in our sixties. We walked out together with Manu. At the end it was like leaving an old friend. Manu has organised drivers and other things for us. He has been a great help to make our Indian trip a memorable experience.

Amazing trek with Manu Adventures - Amazing trek organised by Manu Adventures. We have just returned from the Indrahar Pass trek which Manu Adventures organised for my husband and myself and we were very fortunate to have Manu as our guide. We arranged the trek from Australia and Manu was very prompt and clear with return communication. The trek itself was moderate difficulty, though the day trek up to Indrahar pass was relatively hard. We are 63 and 69 years young, but Manu was very kind and patient so we were able to reach the pass and return safely. "Slowly, slowly" The scenery throughout the trek was spectacular. Manu Adventures was the best choice for us. The guides were great, the food was fabulous, the tents were clean and new and the camp sites were well chosen. All of Manu's staff were friendly, welcoming and made us feel comfortable. What I didn't realise is that Manu could have organised other parts of our Indian trip such as our time in Delhi. I would have trusted him to make good sightseeing and accommodation choices. I can't recommend Manu Adventures more highly.

Great Trek in Dharamsala - We went on a five-day trek to the “Laka Glacier” with “Manu Adventure”. The organization and preparation by the agency was professional. In addition to us (we, 2 Germans, 40 years old), the team consisted of 4 ponnies, a ponny guide, a cook and an English-speaking guide (his name is Manu Raghuwanshi). Our team took excellent care of us. The chef prepared fresh, vegetarian dishes every day. Of particular note is our guide Manu Raghuwanshi. He took great care of us around the clock. The trek itself was very beautiful but also strenuous. We had consistently good weather. I can highly recommend this trek for people without disabilities. Overall we were very satisfied..!! Many greetings from Germany

A dream Solo trip! - I had a great experience with Manu Adventures. The trek was difficult and arduous, but I was well taken care of at all times. The view from the top at Indrahar Pass were well worth the challenges en route! One could see all of the Dhauladhar Range snow-capped peaks on a clear day! Special shout out to Manu for helping with every aspect of my trip. And I can't thank my guide Sooraj enough for going above and beyond to make my trek a dream!

मनु देवेंचर का पहारों में को मुबाई नहीं - Manu Adventures is the best company for trekking. The experience of the mountain guide and owner of Manu Adventure is quite excellent. That is, they come back only after winning in the mountains from difficult situations. Thank you to all the team of Manu Adventure to make our tour successful.

Thriund is a trekking staple - The trekking experience was amazing. The change of landscapes are quite astonishing. Guide Anil had patience and also mid way changed the route slightly due to weather conditions. Perhaps he could have been a tad bit more engaging though the food made up for it by far. Really really lovely food from an additional cook who accompanied us. Overall worth it if you want to see Himachal Pradesh at its finest, you shouldn't miss the Thriund region. It can get tiresome for those who are also looking for a challenge (moon peak glacier).
