DAY 1 OF 2:
In a 4WD vehicle, traverse the breathtaking Al Qara Mountains to reach the historically enigmatic city of Ubar, often referred to as the Atlantis of the Sand. This is a UNESCO World heritage site. Following a tour of the city, we will journey onward to the Empty Quarter, otherwise known as Rab al Khali, to witness the world’s largest sand desert through a thrilling drive and exploration of the captivating sand dunes.
Be in awe as the sunset casts a golden hue over the desert, relax with an evening meal, and spend the night at a Bedouin camp, stargazing under the night sky.
DAY 2 OF 2:
Rise in the desert, having spent the night in the Bedouin camp, within the world’s grandest sand desert.
After breakfast, bid farewell to the desert, carrying unforgettable memories, and move on to Wadi Dawkah, home to the renowned Frankincense trees, a sight bestowed upon it by UNESCO World Heritage.
End the journey with a drop off at the hotel or airport in the morning.
