Setting Sail from Dibba

The sun was just beginning to rise as I found myself in Dibba Al-Fujairah, ready to embark on the Mussandam Adventure. The anticipation of a day filled with oceanic wonders had me buzzing with excitement. As a former professional surfer, the call of the sea is something I can never resist, and this trip promised to be a unique blend of relaxation and adventure.

Our journey began with a comfortable drive from Dubai to Dibba, where the landscape gradually shifted from urban sprawl to the rugged beauty of the Hajjar Mountains. The air was crisp, and the promise of a day on the water was invigorating. Upon arrival, we were greeted with traditional Arabian tea and coffee, a warm welcome that set the tone for the day.
