YOU SHOULD DO THIS!!!!! - Such a cute spot for my wife and I to learn about the complexities of the Burgundy region. Matt also spent intentional time teaching us about the different ways wine can look, smell, and taste, while also incorporating how to look for good wine to buy. This was not a tourist trap. Just a wine shop interested in teach people why the burgundy region is the best!!! We also had some confusion on the date (completely my fault because I at first booked the wrong day, canceled… etc). Turns out we were NOT on the same page about when we’re supposed to be there. When my wife and I showed up and he wasn’t expecting us to, he immediately got us glasses and welcomed us. Definitely a highlight of our trip!!!!!!!!! 10/10 recommend 100 times.

Beautiful tasting with vegan food/wine pairings - Another wonderful tasting with Mathieu! Being new to wine tasting, we loved its simplicity and knowledge. One emerges from his charming cellar having learned many things, having laughed from beginning to end and having tasted delicious wines. Special mention for the vegan food/wine pairings which were super interesting and original. I strongly advise. Thank you for everything

Burgandy Wine Tasting with Wine Compass - My wife and I really enjoyed this tasting experience. Pauline was great and extremely knowlable on the local Burgundy wines and vineyards. The wines and food pairings were exellent. A huge thank you to her for moving us from yesterdy (I wasn't feeling well the day we drive into Dijon) to this morning so we could have our tasting. I would highly recommend this class if you're in Dijon. Thank you Pauline!!

Can’t miss wine tasting! - Pauline led such a great wine tasting! It was just the two of us, and she was very engaged. We learned all about the wine classifications, aromas, regions, and how to taste. She’s very well educated in the wine space, and was very friendly. Ended up purchasing some of my favorite wine! Highly recommend while in Dijion.

Fun and educational - Knowledgeable, friendly teacher really helped us understand and enjoy the wine. We talked about the process, French winemaking, aromas, and pairing wine and food. Tasted six different wines.

Advanced Tasting of Burgundy wines - This wine tasting is a great place to go for more advanced wine connoisseurs. Mathieu is capable of giving both basic to very advanced wine knowledge. We highly recommend this place to go if you are looking for in-depth, more profound information about the Burgundy wine region. Mathieu (Matthew in English), is a certified French sommelier, born near Dijon. So he knows Burgundy regions, grape varieties, and even wine makers. His wines are very good, off the beaten track and reasonably priced. He can answer all your questions.

Fun and educational - Both educational and relaxed. We learnt more in 2h with Matthieu than we did during the many wine tastings we have been to! 100% recommended

Wonderful experience - Me and my son absolutely loved this experience. The sommelier gave us a private tasting with education for 2 hours (since we were the only ones there). He was so knowledgeable and had a great love of wines. I will never look at, smell or taste wines the same after this! We learned so much and the wines we tasted were absolutely delicious. A whole new world of smells and flavors opened up for us. This was an experience I’m still thinking of. Thank you!!!
