Wonderful experience well organized and with great team - Beautiful experience and great fun. Start with a series of fears but all the team and guides were great at giving directions, reassurances and answering all questions. All perfectly organized w to team up. Our Guide was Rodrigo and he was extremely engaging, nice and motivating. Thank you all, and Rodrigo in particular, it was a very nice and fun family experience. Recommendation really to everyone.

Definitely recommended! - Amazing experience for beginners. The river is super clean and water is cold (perfect for hot summers). Our guide Lupa was extremely cordial and friendly, we had a lot of fun with her. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. They even helped us plan our next hikes in the mountains after the rafting. Definitely recommended.

To do at least once in a lifetime! - I never thought I would go rafting in my life, then, thanks to a half-mad friend, I found myself on a rubber boat in the middle of the river .. My fears, for me and my 8-year-old daughter, were allayed thanks to our Guide, Rodrigo, who with his indications was able to convey calm and also fun. In the end we did all the way, with two girls, aged 8 and 9, who behaved very well! And I had so much fun! Absolutely to do at least once in a lifetime!! At the end of the route we had lunch with the barbecue organized by them: they provide you with grill, meat, vegetables etc. to cook them. Recommended!!

Large group but high fun factor - Great experience and experienced guides. However, the many boats occasionally get in the way. Guides in German were not available as indicated (would have been a bit easier for children). But guides have gone out of their way to close the language barriers. Overall recommended.

Bad experience. Reimbursement for activities not performed (because of them) not yet arrived. - I booked Power rafting and tarzaning in May as a graduation gift for my boyfriend. Already booking was a challenge. Unfortunately the tarzaning experience was not available (although I was told a different thing on the phone each time), but from the beginning I was told that I would be refunded. We arrive at the center and since tarzaning was not available we are offered alternatively a RELAXING kayaking experience with other guests of the campsite. Too bad that in addition to the guests of the campsite there was a whole bus of kids that had not been mentioned at all and rightly the kids did not live the experience in a "relaxed" way. In any case, the experience was cheaper than the one booked and paid for, so we turn to the girls at the info point: the first tells us that we are due a refund of 60 € and to return the next day, we return the next day and the second girl avoids us, so we go to a third who confirms that we are due a refund of 60 € and asks us for the iban, tells us that we have made the refund and that in a few days we would get there. A week goes by and nothing. I call and am told by the girl at the switchboard that she would call me back as soon as possible after enquiring. I don't get a call all day and in the evening I send a rather annoying email. After a series of attempts I finally manage to talk to Thomas, who after apologizing for the various inconveniences promises us photos of the experience and tells us that the refund would take place by the next morning. 6 days later neither the refund nor the photos arrived.
