Amazing Experience in Dingle - I love working with Mary in organising my student groups to go to the Blaskets Islands. She is always friendly and professional, easy to work with, flexible when my plans change..sometimes at the last minute. The boat journey is always fun, Tom (the boat captain) is always very welcoming and good 'craic', part of the trip is getting a wonderful and informative eco-tour while getting to/from the island..so much to learn about the sea/and sky..i would give them 10/10 from start to finish whether with a group or an individual. Well Worth It! - We went over to the Blasket Island and the trip was everything it's hyped to be and more. The crew was so kind snd helpful. They educated us on Dingle and the Slea Head Peninsula as we left and gave us lots of background on the Blasket Islands as we arrived. The views and time spent on the island was stunning and rewarding. The crew was extremely careful to make sure everyone was safe.

Great Dingle Harbour operation - These folks do a great job! The ferry boat to Blasket Island is roomy with an entertaining commentary on the 60 minute ride to the island; they were very helpful loading passengers (in groups of eight) on the Zodiac boat that transports to/from the landing slip. My wife was not comfortable climbing the steep/slippery stairs from the landing slip and decided to stay on the ferry boat; the crew provided great entertainment and treated her like a queen while the rest of the passengers toured the island. We had such a great time we booked the 1 hour harbor cruise (with our two friends) later that afternoon. NOTE: I mentioned the steep/slippery steps one needs to climb to get on Blasket Island: it is physically challenging and not recommended for elderly adventurers or those with knee issues.

Excellent. Fully recommended! - The boat ride was great. The tour guide very informative and the time on the island perfect. We were also luck in that the weather was great and also saw dolphins on the way back.

Great Blaskets boat trip - Very well organised trip. Déaglán kept up informed and entertained on the trip to the island, with plenty of interesting history and geography on the area. He also regaled us with funny anecdotes too.

Definitely Recommend - We travelled with 3 children aged 12, 10 and 7. The whole trip ran very smoothly. The sites and scenery on the journey were breathtaking. The crew were personable yet professional. The guide was extremely knowledgeable about the local area and delivered the tour in a lighthearted and humorous way. The ferry itself was spotless and journey was very pleasant. No complaints and highly recommend.

Wonderful morning on the Blasket Islands - My sister and I booked this tour while wandering around Dingle. We didn’t really know what to expect but decided to throw caution to the wind and go for it. We honestly had the best day, the 50 minute Ferry trip was beautiful with fun fact commentary along the route. The blasket island was simply break taking. We hiked around it in 2 hours and then enjoyed our picnic from the Cheese Shop in Dingle. An unforgettable day and one that I would highly recommend! One tip though, no matter how good the weather is, bring warm layers for the ferry!

A very lovely way to spend a July day - Our family of four (mom, dad, and two adult children) thought this was an all around terrific experience. The crew on the boat were friendly and very informative. Declan did a great job letting us know the history of the coastline and was a fun guide. The return trip gave us the opportunity to see basking sharks, a whale, and several dolphins. The captain was really great about turning the boat around multiple times to give everyone as many chances as possible to see them. I would recommend this tour if you have good weather and the 4 or so hours to spend. Bring water and snacks as there are no services on the island.

UNSAFE TOURIST TRAP - Piss poor experience all around. Do not purchase yours from this company as they are Operationally NOT SAFE. The Ferry Boat to Blasket Island does not carry enough life jackets for all passengers (not by a few… by like 20+). The tour company sold more tickets than there are seats, meaning our party of three spent our hour long one way ride stuck in an enclosed room with (the insufficient number of) sweaty life jackets and the rubbish bin, all right next to the sole toilet that you have access to for 4 hours. - an unpleasant olfactory experience. The overall lack of details, and really poor communications about what to expect, led to a pretty lame and unsatisfactory trip. Even when expectations were set, they weren’t followed. For example, we were told we’d be back at 2 (despite ticket saying 2:30), the pick up from the island to the ferry was to be at 1:30, which didn’t happen on time, so we didn’t even get back until 3pm. Basically, we ended up spending our whole day standing around, waiting for the crew to do things they easily could’ve done while everyone was on the island exploring. This Experience is very oversold, not worth your time or money, and you should spend any more time you have on the peninsula and not with this tour.
