- Yellowcraig Beach - Yellowcraig Beach is a natural cove with spectacular views over to the 1885 lighthouse on Fidra Island which is said to be the inspiration for Robert Louis Stevenson’s book Treasure Island.
- North Berwick Harbour - The Harbour at North Berwick in East Lothian, Scotland, was originally a ferry port for pilgrims travelling to St Andrews in Fife. Today the water is home to leisure craft, a famous tourist launch and the remains of the fishing fleet that once dominated the area, while on dry land the Scottish Seabird Centre, East Lothian Yacht Club and Auld Kirk Green are the main attractions.

- Tantallon Castle - Tantallon Castle is a ruined mid-14th-century fortress, located 5 kilometres (3.1 mi) east of North Berwick, in East Lothian, Scotland. It sits atop a promontory opposite the Bass Rock, looking out onto the Firth of Forth. The last medieval curtain wall castle to be constructed in Scotland,[1] Tantallon comprises a single wall blocking off the headland, with the other three sides naturally protected by sea cliffs.

We’ll then cycle through the charming coastal town of North Berwick, famous for its golden beach and bustling high street. As we continue along the coast, we’ll pass the impressive Tantallon Castle, known for its rich history and some of the best views in the area. Our final stop is East Lothian’s most picturesque beach, Seacliff. The journey back home will take us along the scenic John Muir Way and peaceful country roads, passing through lovely fields and woodlands.
