Amazing tour! - We did the distillery and the brewery tour back-to-back. What a beautiful state-of-the-art the art facility in an amazing location! The staff were excellent and gave a good history of Whiskey and an in depth understanding of beer brewing. We highly recommend the restaurant. It was some of the best food we had on our trip. We can't wait for them to start distribution in the United States.

Wonderful Dining Experience - My Mam and I just had an amazing evening there. Everything was simply wonderful, from the beautiful surroundings, decór and ambience, to the gorgeous food. But, as always what enhances any dining experience to another level, are the people working there. And we were especially lucky to have been in Julia's section this evening, her professionalism and personality are reason enough to visit. I don't want to take away from the rest of the staff either though, as they are all fantastic xx

Highly Recommend - Had a lovely experience during the brewery tour. My boyfriend and I highly enjoyed it. Really appreciated the tasting opportunity at the end. Great food in the restaurant also!!

Visit to restaurant and distillery. - Our visit started with a meal in the restaurant. We enjoyed the food looking out over the majestic MacGillycuddy's Reeks. The food was delicious and the service friendly and efficient. The tour of the distillery was excellent, the right balance between storytelling and technical details. This was followed by a whiskey tasting. A great day out!

Great experience - The building looks really nice as you approach from the road, there’s plenty of parking and the entrance is welcoming, we were greeted by a friendly gentleman who then took us on the tour. There is a lovely on site restaurant where we actually had our Sunday Lunch, the food was delicious too. We would highly recommend this.

Beautiful but lacks a good tasting - The location and distillery was beautiful. The guide was informative and easy to chat with. The only thing I found was a downfall was that we didn't get to have a tasting of what they have to offer. It was only one of theirs and a comparative Scott and us whiskey which is done at Middlton.
