Definitely recommend - I’m a history lover, so I really enjoyed the Cu Chi Tunnel tour. Kate was very helpful when it came to booking, and Luna, our tour guide on the day, was excellent. Although there were some traffic delays that couldn’t be helped, Luna kept a cheery atmosphere and kept us well informed about the Vietnamese War. The tunnels were incredibly interesting and immersive. Definitely recommend!

A point to amend; otherwise a good tour - The services provided by Mr Bang and the English-speaking guide were professional and efficient. Despite the traffic conditions, it was a smooth journey thanks to the experienced bus driver. For a half day tour, it was kind of extended as we made an unexpected Stop. The agency should inform tourists if they intend to make a stop at Lacquer workshop, showroom and Boutique. It was unexpected and we felt like they were exploiting the situation to make money from us. The person who explained the process of lacquerware production went through , she had a job to do and she did it very hurriedly. We were shown the boutique after 5 minutes. Overall, we all had a good experience.

Be wary! - Would be wary before booking with Vietcruises. I chose this tour because it had good reviews and went to the nearer tunnels. I specifically wanted this one as it is 1.5 hours each way not 2.5 and it was our last day so did not want to spend more of it in a van and also the nearer ones are supposed to be more accessible which was important. We were picked up and the guide said nothing until all the group had been collected and we were leaving the city. She then said it was 2.5 hours to get there. I did say it was not the tour we booked and was told never mind. She did contact the organiser who said it was there mistake but no refund was offered … an open top bus ride or to go again the following day. All the other trips we have been on with other companies have been great. This was not
