What if trapped? - Moving in the tunnels is fun. In the last tunnel, a participant stopped moving to rest twice. It brought some worries to me on the spot as we did not expect to stay any longer. I started to think about emergency escape, say crawling backward….

Great tour and would highly recommend! - Fabrastic tour, the pick up to the actual tour itself was excellent. Our tour guide was very enthusiastic and shared very good information to the cu chi tunnels, he was also very humorous as well.
I would recommend this tour if you are looking to explore the cu chi tunnels.

James was great - We had a great tour guide, his name was James and he was very informative and funny. We went through some of the Cu Chi tunnels and he showed us how they were used in the war. He also spoke about the effects of the war today and the booby traps that the Vietnamese used during the war.

Truly amazing tour, with an amazing tour guide - Tuan was our tour guide and is an amazing story teller. From his introduction on the bus and revealing that he was a veteran officer in the Vietnam War really made this tour even more special. Tuan spoke with so much passion and emotion when telling his stories and experiences. He was very welcoming and inclusive, getting everyone to experience or see the most out of the Cu Chi Tunnels. Learning about how people survived and got out of the war was amazing and hearing it from him with such heart was really touching. We learnt a lot from the tour and really enjoyed it :)

Disneyland with machine guns - I grew up in Washington DC during the Vietnam war, have read a fair amount about it, and was looking forward to getting something of the Vietnamese perspective. I found the guide's talk on the bus ride to the tunnels the most interesting part of the tour.
En route to the tunnels, we stopped at a gift shop which sold crafts supposedly made by agent orange victims. Scam or genuine I don't know. Lots of other tour buses were there which always makese suspicious.
The tunnels themselves seemed like a Disney world where you could fire machine guns. The "exhibits" and explanations were thin on information. The section of tunnels were expanded so foreigners could get through. Nonetheless, crawling through them made an impression on me.
Overall I would recommend anyone interested in learning anything about the war and seeing anything real from it go to the War Relics Museum instead. I wish I did.

Not as advertised! - Poor representation of the tour. Took over an hour to collect passengers-drove past our accommodation 3 times! Break stop before too long, Less than 2 hours at the tunnels when advertised as 3 hours. Another break stop on way back. Very very busy at tunnels so didn’t get to experience all the sights on offer. Would like a refund please as not as advertised.

Disgusting experience because of the guide Alex - Avoid booking - A very terrible and pathetic experience and it was only because of the guide 'ALEX" who discriminated between guests from different country. He was VERY RUDE with all us of specifically small children's which was surprising He misbehaved with children and spoiled our mood, it seemed like he was just been polite with some particular guests not sure if he got paid extra money for this. His behaviour was racist. Additionally he tried to imposed his thoughts about his opinion on the Chu Chi tunnel. He dropped us about 1 km before our stop which was not acceptable. Overall, it was a frustrating trip where we felt our money and more specifically our day was spoiled by the Guide "Alex" from this company. I hope the company read this and take appropriate action against the this idiot Guide Alex.
I wish if there was a negative marking
Caution for guests lookin to book through this company - Please avoid this guide "Alex" at all cost.

Cu Chi Tunnels tour - We were getting around the city in the bus for about 2 hours only to pick the people , we were terribly getting bored in the bus for just getting around for pickups!
The tour guide was a young boy , he couldnt speak English well to explain about the historical matters they had to hod to hire people who could speak kind of average English because this tour is not leisure is for the history.
He also couldnt manage the group properly, everyone where going here and there and he had to find all one by one, he should have fix a time for the place to gather .

WORST TOUR GUIDE EVER. TOTAL SCAM! - Tour guide Quach Huy Nhan (but I don’t know if the name tag he was using was really his) was the worst guide ever. Didn’t explain ANYTHING, didn’t talk, just pointed at stuff and read the caption below (which all of us could do alone), and couldn’t answer to any of my question. Was rude and didn’t even know how to manage a group. Didn’t wait for anyone. When I asked him for his name, he wanted me to forbid to report on him. I told him the experience was awful, that he was a terrible guide and I was going to review exactly that. Everybody on the tour thought the same (or at least the half who spoke when I asked if I was alone on this complain). At the end my suspicion was correct, he admitted he wasn’t a tour guide and he doesn’t use to do it. Probably he was replacing some one. This is not us fault, is the COMPANY FAULT. how can you charge 15USD to over 25 people and send them on a half day tour with a guide who has no idea what he’s doing there and now even making an effort to help us to understand. Besides, the place itself is not worth to visit. The film they show is not even subtitled and the sound quality is terrible. Save your money and do a good tour or go by yourself to the market and eat street food. Which is by far the best this city has. I end up leaving the group and joining another one with a very good guide (VIP TOURS company) very knowledgeable and friendly guide. In the end I asked to leave the bus before we even arrive in the city because we’ve spent more than 80% of the morning inside a freaking bus with a guide which the only thing he could say was the cars were more expensive than bikes, and that’s why everybody drove bikes. what an interesting fact. I wouldn’t have know that unless I went on this tour. 😒 f*cking waste of time. Asked for a refund!!

Fake Tour Guide, Money Stolen, They offer discount if you leave a 5 star review so all these reviews have been paid for - First off don’t be fooled by the 5 star reviews Jerry asks that you leave a review waits for you to see it and then discounts your trip…. Not professional
What a nightmare experience, first off to start the tour guide was not a war vet they con the tourists I heard them the whole time as I speak fairly good Vietnamese.
I travel around the world 6 months out of the year always taking tours and never had an experience like this , Money was stolen by driver out of my bag during excursion, the Vietnamese tour guide was making racial slurs about the black couple on the tour. I speak a little so I understood what they were saying.
When asked about all my money Jerry said theft happens sometimes but not often? Couldn’t believe it when he said that. Other people on the tour had similar situation as well.
Book a tour with another service that’s much more cheaper and reliable there are so many more options
