Our Halal cooking course is specifically fashioned for Muslim individuals interested in mastering Vietnamese Halal Cuisine. Our expert chefs offer an elaborate rundown on the scientific methods of creating wholesome meals. Non-vegan, vegetarian, and vegan options are also available.
We cultivate all ingredients ourselves, including vegetables, mushrooms, fish, prawns, and chicken, among other items. We even produce our sauces like oyster mushroom sauce, fish sauce, soy sauce, mushroom powder, chili sauce, and spicy powders. All our food preparation techniques adhere to Halal and organic guidelines, providing you with the opportunity to savour extremely nutritious food prepared by your hands.
The program begins with a visit to our organic farm, where you’ll get insights on the various nutritional benefits of different vegetables, mushrooms, and fruits, and how they can be used in cooking and medicine. You’ll also participate in harvesting your ingredients, giving you a real feel of being a Vietnamese farmer, complete with a traditional Vietnamese hat. The day ends with a trip to the Cu Chi Tunnels after lunch.
