Take the morning trip to visit Independence Palace, also known as the Reunification palace, which was built on the sight of the former Norodom palace. The Independence palace is a widely known landmark of Ho Chi Minh City and was designed by the architect Ngo Viet Thu.
- Saigon Notre Dame Cathedral - Established by French colonists who initially named it the Church of Saigon (French: l’Eglise de Saïgon), the cathedral was constructed between 1863 and 1880. The name Notre-Dame Cathedral has been used since 1959. It has two bell towers, reaching a height of 58 meters (190 feet).

- Central Post Office - The Ho Chi Minh City Post Office, or the Saigon Central Post Office (Vietnamese: Bưu điện Trung tâm Sài Gòn, French: Poste centrale de Saïgon), is a post office in the downtown Ho Chi Minh City, near Saigon Notre-Dame Basilica, the city’s cathedral. The building was constructed when Vietnam was part of French Indochina in the late 19th century.
- War Remnants Museum - Followed by the remarkable site of the War Remnants Museum the museum has a vast display of both the Indochina wars.
- District 1 - Have lunch at a local restaurant.
- Chinatown (Cho Lon) - District 5 - In the afternoon, continue the city tour by discovering the city’s Western side. Ride to Cho Lon (Big Market) and Thien Hau Pagoda which is located in China Town
- Saigon River - Continue to Bach Dang harbor. After checking in the waterbus tickets, and stabilizing your seat, the boat will start to depart.
