Great experience - Great tour, our tourguide Tommy took great care of us. Water and a small snack on the bu was included :-) I would recommend the tour.

Best day in Saigon so far! - We had a brilliant time on this tour. Our guide Jackie was very knowledgeable and looked after us so well. He shared so much information about the local area and the war, answered all of our questions and recommended a great lunch choice.

Tunnels were the most interesting - Our guide Jackie was 5 stars! He had lots of enthusiasm. And, did some hilarious impersonations. He had solid knowledge, and was able to share it. The tour group was small, which was a definite advantage. Jackie worked around the big crowds. The tunnel tour was the best part of the day. They city tour was a useful orientation but is maybe best done separately.

Good Knowledge - Tanh TV is a very good tour guide, he is very knowledgeable and tell us a lot about this history. Will definitely recommend other people to come here again.

Very informative and comfortable Tour for great price! - Very fair prices and great service. Our guide Tom spoke good english and knew a lot about the countries history, also he was open for questions. The tunnels itself are very interesting to visit and you can get a real close experience to how small and deep they were dug yourself. Would recommend visiting for everyone!

Tour Guide was rude and misbehaved - If I had an option of giving 0 stars to this agency I would, only because of the tour guide who introduced himself as Tommy.I am a frequent traveller and know how tourism industry works, also how should a guide behave, however Mr Tommy has 0 sense and ethics to be a guide.He is a rude, arrogant, racist and stubborn man.Never ever I have put negative reviews about any guide however Mr Tommy crossed all his limits.First of all he literally ran in the tour, without giving us any opportunity to click pics or experience the place.Next he was cracking stupid jokes and body shaming us.And the thing that was the worst was he shouted on us, spoke rudely and misbehaved with us as if he has paid us money to accompany him.I just asked a question to him which he had already told but I was not able to listen, he shouted and spoke in such a bad way in front of all the other guests.He had some problem with brown people and was only interested in pleasing white people, that I could clearly see in his behaviour.He is not a person at the right place.I felt he needs some help for his mental health.If the travel agency will have such people not only their agency name but their country name will also earn a bad reputation.I have never ever felt so humiliated in my life.My entire beautiful experience of Vietnam with so many good guides and team leaders at Hanoi, Halong Bay and Bana Hills were spoilt on the last day of Cuchi Tunnel at Ho Chi Minh by this Mr Tommy.Forget guide he needs to learn how to behave like a human being.
