If you only have time for one food tour in Saigon, make sure it's Happy's Saigon Food Tour! - Delicious, fun, fantastic, informative and educational. Just a few words I'd use to describe Happy's food tour. He's the most amazing host and ensures you'll have a great time. His co-hosts were also fun and fantastic. We ate tons of delicious food, including Bo Lalot, Mi Quang Vit, Banh khot and Nem cua be. You'll dine at family run restaurants where the locals eat. They guided us through 5 different districts, and visited typical Saigonese neighborhoods. Not only do you learn about food, but a bit of history and culture, too. If you only have time for one food tour, make sure it's Happy's!

Ho Chi Minh City insider food tour. - Star was very engaging and informative. She took us to amazing places and shared amazing food with us. Her English was excellent and her enthusiasm was top-notch. We could not have had a better experience and even after the tour she offered additional help at any time if we needed it.

Absolutely worth every penny! Really fun and fulfilling! - We knew that the moment we reached Vietnam, the first thing we wanted to schedule was a food tour. Seeing so many good reviews about this tour on Instagram and TripAdvisor, we booked it without a second thought.
This was probably one of the best decisions we made, cause we had the best time having some incredible food, as well as learning so much about Saigon's culture.
Stag and Kurt were amazing hosts, taking us around town safely on their scooters with helmets, and they even provided us with raincoats when it started raining.
I couldn't ask for more from this tour, and highly recommend it to anyone! It's a little pricey admittedly, but worth every penny with the company, culture, and food.

Outstanding tour group Mi Mi, Happy and the team. - I wholeheartedly recommend Happy Tours; they truly made us feel like family. Our journey began with the Cu Chi Tunnels, where Happy's enthusiasm and deep knowledge of history captivated us. Our boys adored him, leading us to book two more tours. One was a food tour in HCMC with Mi Mi, who exceeded our expectations as an outstanding guide. The final adventure took us to Hanoi, where I reached out to Mi Mi, and she organized a fantastic tour for us that same day. Our guide, Hai, was warm and engaging, winning the hearts of the kids. I eagerly look forward to more tours when I return to Vietnam..

Best experience possible. Phenomenal. Book as much time as you can! - You need to use Happy while you’re in Saigon!!
I went with some friends for our first time in Vietnam for my 30th birthday and it was an incredible experience, largely due to these tours.
Happy and his staff (Stag especially) are super knowledgeable, friendly, and great at what they do. The food was incredible, as were Mekong and Cu Chi.
I’m very into food, and did a ton of research on my own before we got there. Not a chance I would’ve found the spots they took us to. It’s very, very worth it.
It was one of the best experiences of my life and I made memories that will last until I cease drawing breath.

Happy an incredible guide and person - My family and friends visited Vietnam for 2.5 weeks from North to South Vietnam and the total highlight of the trip was our time with Happy. We did several tours with him including this Food tour, a Cu Chi Tunnels tour, and a Mekong River Delta tour.
Happy makes you really feel like you're just one of his buddies and he's hanging out. Cracking jokes but weaving in history, facts, and interesting information to make the experience both fun and educational. The war history surrounding the Cu Chi Tunnels is really brutal but he approaches a difficult topic with a really great candor and the whole thing ended up feeling very educational while not getting too heavy. As an added bonus, Happy is also formally educated in War History and has a wealth of knowledge on the topic and history of Vietnam. Also he has perfect English. No worries there.
One of our party members was a young teenager and he absolutely had a blast with Happy and was so sad when we had to fly back home.
All pickup times were punctual and I believe we got really great value for the tours.
Do not hesitate to book! I guarantee you will have a blast. All of the tours we did with Happy were total trip highlights and I would book again with him instantly if we go back. We even mentioned that we wanted to buy one of those really large thermos' and bring it back to our home country and he went out of his way and bought one and delivered it straight to us. Super super nice guy! Love you Happy!

Must Do! - We had an amazing time on our tour with Star and Kristin as our trusty drivers! They brought us to so many authentic food stops and taught us so much about Ho Chi Minh in the process. It was a real behind the scenes tour of the city, would highly recommend!
