Excellent cooking class - This cooking class was excellent. We made some great food. Pho was so good. Unique rice paper for the spring roll. Chef was patient and took his time to teach us.

Excellent activity in Saigon. Highly recommended - Excellent activity, very well organised, clean & very well-equipped facilities, professional staff, nice dishes to cook, tasted great each one of them. We did the morning cooking class of Northern dishes. There were about 18 people in the class, splitting into small groups for tasks and dishes. Very interactive, fun and rewarding. All of us enjoyed it very much. Helen and her team have created something quite special to add to the charm of Saigon.

Must do to learn about Vietnamese cuisine - We had a wonderful experience. We met at the market and then went to a beautiful studio to create the dishes. Made lots of delicious dishes!

Taste of Saigon - Helen is an amazing instructor! We began at the market where she showed us all of the fresh ingredients that we would be using in creating our luncheon menu. We made native dishes from both Hanoi and Saigon. Helen also gave us a very interesting insight into the cuisine in different parts of Vietnam. This class is a truly classic experience for food lovers. Highly recommended if you’re looking for the authentic Vietnamese culinary adventure.

I recently had the absolute pleasure of participating in this cooking class, and it was the highlight of my trip to Ho Chi Minh City. This isn't just a cooking lesson; it's a full-immersion cultural and culinary experience. The adventure began with a visit to a local market. Our instructor was incredibly knowledgeable, guiding us through the vibrant stalls, explaining the unique ingredients, and helping us select the freshest produce, herbs, and spices. Seeing and smelling the ingredients at their source truly set the stage for what was to come. Back at the cooking station, the class was well-structured, fun, and hands-on. We learned to prepare four distinct and delicious Vietnamese dishes. The instructor was patient, attentive, and passionate about sharing her expertise. She provided clear demonstrations and was always available to offer helpful tips, ensuring everyone felt confident and successful. The best part was, of course, sitting down to enjoy the incredible meal we had created with our own hands. The flavors were unbelievably fresh and authentic. This class is a must-do for anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh! It's a wonderful, engaging, and highly rewarding experience that I would recommend without hesitation. Thank you for such a memorable day!

We loved our cooking class in Saigon - My son and I loved the class. The choice of dishes, the organisation and the atmosphere during the session were all great. Time flew and we managed to come out with very tasty dinner :). Our instructor Rosie was attentive to detail and very patient with us :)
