Worth a go - HMC is lovely at night - so well lit up. The bus tour takes you around the main parts of HMC. It was a pity that it rained heavily for the first part of the tour (can’t control the weather).

A quick hour around the city. - The ride is a quick hour around district one. It covers most of the important tourist sites. The only thing wrong with the ride is the audio commentary while driving around was not in sync with the attractions so it was confusing.

Good hour of your time to see Saigon - Definitely go for the after dark tour and definitely make sure you pre buy the tickets via the Viator site to avoid massive line ups. Good value for an overview of the city. Lights were amazing. Mad traffic was crazy

Not as good as the day time tour - A good way to see the city in lights but the commentary didn’t match the route or speed of the bus tour. Confusing if you hadn’t already taken the day time bus tour and weren’t aware of the route

Better of getting a private guided tour - A pleasant drive that’s about it. When purchasing it stated headphones provided for guided tour. We boarded and were not offered any headphones. A voice over would come on every so often to tell you minimal information about what you were going past. It was very hard to hear and lacked any real information.

A disappointing night tour of Saigon! - We thought this would be a good way to familiarise ourselves with Saigon on our first night in the city as a family. Alas, the pick up point was different, and we somehow made it in time. Since there was no audio commentary available, as promised, it was impossible get a sense of District One or learn about the sights and sounds for a first time traveller to the city. Our experience was also marred by two excessively loud, drunken ladies sitting behind us. In all, a disappointing experience!
