• Meet Our Visa Staff: Look for a staff member holding a welcome board with your name. He will assist you through the

• Passport stamp: Present the following documents: Passport & E-Visa. The visa staff will assist you to get your visa stamped.
• Collect Your Luggage (Self-Service): After getting your visa stamped, proceed to the luggage collection area on your own.
• Proceed to Arrival Hall (Self-Service): After collecting your luggage and go through scanning, head to the arrival hall. on your own.
• Airport Transfer (if booked): Look for our driver holding a welcome board with your name. He will assist you to the car and drive you to your hotel.

• Meeting Point: Meet our staff at Column number 6 or the Check-in Counter.
• Get Boarding Pass: Our staff will assist you to collect your Boarding Pass. You can self check-in in advance to save time.

• The standard medium luggage size is 66cm x 43cm x 26cm.
• Walking canes, infant strollers, sports equipment items, etc. will be counted as luggage
