Lots of fun, real cooking, learned stuff! - Nice guide/chef! The facilities are great. Good for solo travelers, lots of opportunity to meet others & chat. Made 3 dishes from scratch and learned a lot and had fun.

Learning to cook fun Viet cuisine! - Anh was a great host, guide and teacher! Started with a District 1 market tour. The learning kitchen was fun! Created three dishes from scratch and had a lot of fun doing it!!! Well done. Highly recommend.

Great fun, food and conpany - A very interesting first part about different ingredients and produce from the market followed by a lot of fun cooking spring rolls, pho ga, and the excitement of the dancing beef! Well organised and you'll leave there very full!

Great experience with delightful chef - It was a very cute room kitchen. Everything was laid out nicely, and the best part is interacting with the chef & other newbies in learning the recipe.

Nice afternoon cooking. - The whole event was about 4 hours long. The actual cooking part was really good but we spent the first hour just wandering around a market (for no obvious reason). Overall good though.

Learn about Vietnamese food - We had a great time learning about Vietnamese food and cooking. The market was interesting as we learnt about local foods and delicacies. The school is a short taxi ride from the market, about 1 kilometre. I think the chef's name is Marissa, she showed us how to make spring rolls (with some great tips), pork pancake and chicken Pho. The group got on well and we all had a great time. If you want to learn about Vietnamese food then I'd recommend this activity. You don't need to be a chef, as in the group we had people of varying levels, from beginners to an actual chef!

Cooking class worthwhile. - Many of the vendors in the wet market had packed up for the day. This part of the experience should only be offered in the morning. The cooking class was fun - and it’s really nice to share a meal with other participants.
