Delicious egg coffee workshop - Today I was introduced to this specialty of Vietnam through the 'egg-coffee' workshop. Joey enthusiastically explained and showed us how to prepare the egg coffee. Had a wonderful morning!

Well worth it, so enthusiastic - This course had me leaving with goosebumps, what a wonderful experience.
Warm atmosphere as soon as I walked in and all staff are incredibly courteous.
My course was well worth it, so interesting hearing how egg coffee came to be, my instructor Giao was enthusiastic and charming about Vietnamese coffee.
Now I'm left with the knowledge and power to make my own at home.
Well worth it, and more importantly thank you for having me. 😀

10/10! - Had such an amazing time and Joey was so informative and friendly. The class went seamless and I loved getting to meet others in the class and just bonding over travels and coffee. Loved how we got to learn about the history of egg coffee, it made the experience that much better.

Making and drinking the famous Vietnamese egg coffee - Fun, friendly and informative session with Ny and Sierra. Would definitely recommend if you visit Ho Chi Minh and really enjoyed the coffee Malians drinking experience

The best teacher - For my last day of travel in Vietnam, I wanted to learn my new favorite drink: the fabulous egg coffee! I couldn't have had a better time. I was lucky that Beingannlil taught me, with a smile and anecdotes, this little delight! Thanks again for this course. Thanks to the store (yes, I fell for it!) Even on my way to France, I got myself something to make this good egg coffee again. If I come back to Vietnam, I would come back!

Egg-coffee brewing - A very good and nice experience brewing egg-coffee ourselves. Kieu gave us good explanations about coffee culture in Vietnam and answered all our questions. A lovely and delicious experience for us.

Best coffee and class - Great class, great coffee!! Super nice hosts Sierra and Kieu !!! You can learn quickly with them explaining their techniques. By the way, if you like coffee and want to taste the best, come to Lacaph in Saigon
