Another World - This was an usual trip riding in canoes out to the rain forest. We had to walk in the river and climb stones to reach the waterfalls. It was a full work out, but an experience I don't regret. After the waterfall, we took the canoe to an enchanted indigenous village where we were fed a meal on a palm leaf and entertained with dancing. The indigenous people were warm and welcoming. This is an awesome tour and one I would recommend for antone bold enough to try new experiences.

Perfect but be prepared - The tour was absolutely great it’s worth every penny . Our tour guide was great he came early to pick us from the hotel he also spoke English and Spanish . A few things you need to know . It’s $20 (cash)per person to enjoy the lunch and fruit. Bring comfy water sturdy shoes you will be hiking at least 10 mins thru the rainforest to get to the water fall. Also the village sells things they hand made so you may need bring some cash for that if you think you may be interested. The average price range between 8-40 bucks If you dont stay in city of Panama City the rates will raise for the tour due to gas . I rate this tour a 10/10
