Highlights

Your private airport transportation to your hotel or to the airport is confirmed once the booking is made. A driver will be waiting with a sign displaying your name at the airport for arrivals and in the hotel’s lobby for departures. Please contact us upon arrival to inform us, and once you have your luggage and are ready to leave, contact us again so we can notify the driver, who will be parked 3 minutes away. The driver will then meet you in front of the cafeteria outside the airport terminal. For Terminal A, the cafeteria is named “JetLag”; for Terminal B, it is named “Refugio.” One day before your departure, contact us to confirm the pick-up time at the hotel’s lobby and provide your room number to complete the driver’s pick-up order. Free Wi-Fi is available in most hotels, inside the airport, and in many places in the area. Installing WhatsApp will make it easier and free to stay in touch with our 24-hour customer service number. This service is only for hotels in the Punta Cana area, offering one-way and round-trip transfers to and from Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ).

All reservations must specify:

  1. Flight details, including airline, flight number, and expected time of arrival and departure (we monitor all flights for delays or early arrivals or departures).

  2. Passenger’s phone number.

  3. Hotel name and room number are required for hotel pick-ups for all departures. A day before your departure, contact us via WhatsApp or local number for free from the hotel to confirm your pick-up time.

  4. We schedule your pick-up time 3 hours before the flight’s departure.

  5. If you booked a hotel not covered by this service, you will receive an email asking you to call our 24-hour customer service number to change the booking (24 hours or less before the travel date).

Best name for best transfer! - Best Punta Cana Tours and Transfers really are the best! They are all the time in contact with you, and always there if you need them. One day before our arrival, they reached out with very thorough instructions where to find them and how. Also day before departure. Always on time, vehicles are clean and AC. Would definitely recommend!

Vacationing in Dominican Republic - The service is good they are on time. But the one thing I have to say is in the promote of your business you offers a drink and something else you mentioned in your ad. We did not get any of that coming to Punta Cana nor leaving. Overall drivers was very welcoming.
