Santos was stunning! - I loved that our guide Romilda (Romi) took us to a local restaurant that was one of her favorites. The coffee museum was interesting and the views were spectacular from the places we stopped.

Maria made the day! - Our guide Maria was one of the best guides we've had with Viator. She was informative and very knowledgeable about the area. There isn't a lot to do or see in Santos but she made the day go by quickly.

Well worth it and highly recommended - We have just enjoyed a wonderful small group excursion in Santos with Gregtour. We had a small group of 9 people and the Guide Romilda had very good English and a great sense of humor. She is obviously proud of her country and provided us with a lot of the local history of Santos and the development of the coffee industry in Brazil.

Perfectly planned day without stress - The day before, I was contacted by Mary, our guide, via WhatsApp. I received precise directions from the cruise terminal, including photos of the meeting point. The route was cleverly planned, we arrived at the highlights either before or after the large tour buses and didn't have to wait anywhere. Some streets were not accessible to the large buses, which turned out to be very advantageous for us in the minibus, as it meant we could drive to a very beautiful viewpoint. Thanks to the tips, lunch was possible individually, we weren't dragged to one of the usual tourist restaurants. Since you get tired more quickly after eating and because of the heat, we drove to the Botanical Garden in the afternoon to refresh ourselves, where it is always 4-5 degrees cooler in the middle of the city, great thinking! We arrived back at the cruise terminal super punctually. Mary was very caring, had extensive knowledge and her English was very easy to understand. All in all: The day was perfect - I can recommend Gregtours without reservation.

Great overview of Santo - There were a number of things we wanted to see in Santos and this tour did them all. Pele Museum, the Coffee Museum, the funicular and an overview of the area including both the old city as well as the beach area. Mary was a super guide, prompt and on time. She kept the tour flowing for the entire day. This tour is especially good for cruise visitors to Santos.

Lemonade from lemons - Our guide, Romilda (Romi for short), provided an OUTSTANDING experience. It rained all day and , I can tell you that my wife and I were NOT enthusiastic at the outset of our day. Romi's experience and initiative adjusted our itinerary to be 'rain-friendly'. We cannot believe how much she packed into our 7 hours of traveling together. We missed the beach park and the national park but picked up several other venues not on the original itinerary. Osmar was our driver. He managed to workaround the flooded streets and get us as near as possible to sheltered entrances. Romi offered us three options for lunch. We chose to join her to eat local 'fast food'. It was VERY tasty and VERY inexpensive.

A very good tour at a very competitive price. - I am giving the tour 5 stars although there was a delay at the start in the Santos cruise terminal. Unfortunately, the tour started late because the original minivan had some problems so had to be changed and the replacement was delayed in traffic! Prior to this problem, communication about the tour had been good and our guide, Romilada (sp?) was knowledgeable and spoke excellent English. Our driver recognised my mobility issues and managed to acquire a step so I could access the van more easily. He was also extremely helpful with loading and unloading my manual wheelchair when necessary….a great and much appreciated service. We saw a lot of Santos in the time available and enjoyed the Coffee Museum, Pele Museum and trip up the funicular. We skipped lunch although the restaurant looked good, and went down to the beach to walk along the spectacular ‘Beach garden’ promenade. It was beautifully maintained and had lush vegetation to make it a haven within a bustling city. A very good tour at a very competitive price.

Great tour guide. - The tour could be compacted into 3 or 4 hour tour. Not much to see at Mount Serrat and zoobotanic park. The tour description said Santos major highlight is the the largest beach garden of 5335 meters long full of flowers and trees but the van only drove by fast following traffic so we can't see much from the van. Should have included a short stop at the beach to see the beach garden. Tour guide Mary is knowledgeable, well organized and good communication. She did good job to explain the city history. Greg Tour sent us picture of meeting point at cruise port which is very helpful. Santos cruise port has many different gates so without the picture it would be hard to find it.
