Great Loch Ness tour! Highly recommend. - Had a great experience on our tour of Loch Ness. Our guide was knowledgeable and shared a wealth of information throughout our tour. He also took the time to go around an personally greet each group and answer any questions. The boat was perfect with large windows to provide wonderful views. Would highly recommend.

Brilliant - An absolutely brilliant 2 hours on what is very likely the most famous water in the world… no sign of Nessie, but I learned some incredible history and facts. The guide was absolutely brilliant (sorry I don’t remember his name) and really made the trip. Thoroughly recommend this trip to anyone.

Perfect Autumn colours - A very informative and calming cruise. I felt relaxed. Can get quite windy at times in November. Wrap up warm. Very photogenic place.

Peaceful, informative cruise - What a pleasant way to spend two hours. Loch Ness is a fascinating loch. Our tour guide on board was passionate about her subject and she imparted a great deal of knowledge. The views are spectacular and the ferry was extremely comfortable.
I booked online and the process was very easy. I highly recommend taking a Jacobite cruise on Loch Ness

Wet and rainy and windy, but worth it.. - It was a lovely experience..took some photos. but due to the weather being so poor, didn't take as many as would have liked..Raining much of the journey and very misty in some places... but for November, not really surprising, the lady tour guide was lovely and very upbeat , very informative and took an interest in everyone's well being.. I would like to go again on a much warmer and sunnier day...but when, who knows...
Oh the hot chocolate with a dram of whisky in it was nice to o...😘

Horrible crew, avoid - Your website claims we would have a friendly crew. the person giving the talk started off by asking people to come to the bar to pay for tickets. which is fair enough. However her tone became increasingly hostile and made my self and other customers feel uncomfortable this also meant she delayed the start of the tour and then kind of blamed this on the passengers, I would highlight there where two other members of crew that could have delt with the tickets, she used phases like "after we stop at Urquhart Castle there's only 4 groups left so we will find you" this is threatening and set a horrible atmosphere.
Also she kept complaining that people were going out the front door, if this was disturbing her that much then move to somewhere else on the boat, don't blame paying customers for enjoying the Loch.
I honestly would have paid more not to have a tour guide given what happened.
