Sunset at the East & West Sculpture - Lovely sunset visit to the East & West Sculpture and Zekreet Peninsula. We made a timely stop en route at the camel track just as a race was about to start. Driving alongside the racing camels and their owners was an unexpected highlight of the afternoon. In contrast to the excitement of the race watching the sun set over Richard Serra’s steel giants was oddly peaceful and otherworldly. Our guide for the afternoon, Jamir, was kind and accommodating throughout.

Amazing tour with Haithem and Sanjay - I have lived in Qatar for 8 years and have done a few safaris and tours in Doha but nothing compared to this incredible experience to Richard Serra with Haithem and Sanjay. My friend came over from New Zealand and his knowledge of Qatar was amazing and we loved the sunset and keshta under the stars with arabic caffe and dinner
Thank you so much and highly recommend

Great tour with Haythem to the West - I wanted to visit the East-West art installation by Richard Serra out the west so opted to book a tour with this company. They seem to be the only company that actively advertises going to the West, others also do but on a custom basis, so I figured QIT would be more experienced with the itinerary and timings.
And... the tour went very smoothly. I went solo and my guide was Haythem. He spent time explaining things of significance and allowed me ample time to take photos. He was also a great photographer - see the shot he took for me :) Even my friends can't get shots that straight on the first go!
Haythem managed to help draw out time so we were able to see the sunset at Richard Serra's exhibit, so I am very thankful for him and his patience.
The drive back was smooth - he's an excellent driver!
All in all, if you're a solo traveller and have some hesitation - I wouldn't. Actually, if you're coming solo and like proper travel photos to show off back @ home for insta e.t.c., I would suggest to specifically book with Haythem. He definitely knows his stuff and prefers taking solo/couple travellers - as he remarked himself :)
Haythem if you're reading this - I wish you well and you have made me want to visit Tunisia!

Great guided tour. Haithem was a bundle of knowledge and really made the day. - We really enjoyed the camel race track and visiting the robot jockey repair shop. The mushroom domes and the abandoned settlement was also very interesting.

Zekreet Half Day Trip - We opted for the afternoon tour to see the rock formations at Zekreet, which is on the other coast from Doha but only about 100km away.
Our guide, Haithem, was a friendly knowledgeable man with so much interesting information on Doha and all the areas we passed on our way to Zekreet.
We called by a private zoo but it wasn't in very good order nor did the animals look as though they were properly cared for. There was a variety of different animals including the Qatar airlines symbol, the Oryx. Another stop was the camel racing track where we learnt all about the camels and their little robotic jockeys. We were lucky enough to see a group of young ones being taken for training by the Sudanese carers. From there we headed to Zekreet which was once a busy town but now a tiny village with mainly sheep and goats. The rock formations were a sight to see as were the sculptures East West/West East by the renowned artist Richard Serra. Overall it was a very pleasant trip with cold water provided and an air-conditioned 4WD to travel in. If you want to see a little more of Qatar then Doha I highly recommend a trip out there with Haithem

Great guide, professional tour - Mohammad Hussein was a great guide and knew all the best spots for photos! Very accommodating and resourceful, especially when one of our party needed a washroom in the middle of the desert.

Great experience! - It was so much fun! Our driver (Mohamed Hussain) was great, speaks really good English and knows how to drive a car (it was a lot of fun driving off road). We had a LOT of random questions and he answered everything sincerely. We learned a lot, loved the environment and company. Water supplied.

The Wild West - Very good, helpful guide and driver. Some stunning scenery too! The west side is so different from the downtown Qatar. Makes you realize what Qatar looked like before becoming so metropolitan.

Horrible tour guide - Book this tour with EXTREME caution. Because the tour was nice. I was able to see some interesting things. I have no complaints with the tour, only with the tour guide. During the tour, he mentioned that afterward he would take me to see some places in the city of Doha, which was not part of the original tour. Before finishing the original tour, I made it explicitly clear that I was tired and that I just wanted to get some food and go back to my hotel. He graciously offered to take me to get some authentic Qatarian food. I said yes. However, once we got back to Doha city, instead of taking me for food, he drove all around Doha to point out the highlights of the city. This, despite the fact that I had already CLEARLY told him that I was tired and wanted to go back to my hotel. He drove to so many different places in the city, and took up so much time, that I finally told him that I just wanted to go back to my hotel. He urged me to get the food first, so I agreed. I wish it ends there, but it doesn't. He takes me to a sit-down restaurant and a waiter seats us. I was very, very uncomfortable because this felt too personal for a tour. He then asks me a few questions about my taste preferences, and then orders for me. I would have been okay with this since I don't speak the language. But he orders two meals. Two!
The food comes ready to eat. Not packaged to go, like I expected. He digs in. He eats a large portion of both meals. Thankfully, I managed to eat enough, but had to stop because he kept going back into both plates of food with the same spoon that he was eating with. This made me uncomfortable, so I told him that he could just take the remaining food home with him. Which he did. Fine. Now for the worst part! When the bill comes, he just looks at me to pay for both meals. He just sits there and doesn't pay a dime for the food that he ate. Food that I NEVER offered to purchase for him. I was shocked! Instead of saying anything, I just paid the entire bill and decided to not give him a tip. But all of the above was unacceptable. The only good thing is that I did get to see some sites that I'll likely never see again in life. But, because of the horrible behavior of the tour guide, I would never recommend this tour to anyone.
