Fun, good value, recommended - As a Doha resident i’ve done this many times but it’s always a fun and enjoyable experience in the desert for guests. First time to do sand boarding though which was cool. Our tour guide Asim was great on the dune bashing and took amazing photos!

Best experience in Doha - Lovely experience and a must on any visit to Qatar. Great hospitality with noor picking us up from the hotel, showing us helpful sights on the way and the incredible camel experience. You really get to see the calm and peace in the dessert and is up there as one of the best experiences we’ve done on this trip. We all loved it and was well suitable for the whole family. You get a good amount of time to experience it all too and at a decent price

Relaxing Trips during a long transit in Doha - Choosing this tour was the very right decision to fill my transit time. Most of the Desert Safari tours in Doha are very adrenaline-boosting tours, but Golden Adventures provides a "Relax Desert Safari" that's perfect for me with waist problems. Sajid drove the car very safely, climbing down the sand dune at a well-controlled speed, not dragging, so I could really enjoy the beauty of the desert. I didn't order a camel ride, because from the current review, the camel ride was only 5 minutes. But eventually I also took the time to get there (additionally paid by myself, a bit forgot how much). Enough fun to just try to ride a camel. If you want to ride a camel longer, you'll have to pay 50 rials. The heels are not high (unlike the one I ever ride in Mongolia), so climbing to the back of a camel was not at all difficult for me who had a knee surgery. Five minutes is enough. Funny thing, I negotiated for a moment with the camel guide, whether to ride the sand dunes just a little, just a picture. The man who led it finally agreed. Uh, the untata ngambek doesn't want to climb... turns out climbing to the sand dunes is more difficult for camels than flat roads. So this is a unique experience... Sajid took me to some interesting photo spots, and took an ok photo. I managed to get pictures of the sun almost setting when in the sand dunes. Thank God Sajid took a very good photo for me at that place, because when he arrived at the beach, the sun was covered by clouds..... hikz.... However, enjoying the beach exactly on the edge of the desert is a unique experience that is unforgettable to me, even if I come from an island country. Although I was a little worried at first because I was a female solo traveller, I felt safe all the way. There was one other car group of participants from the Golden Adventures, where the participants were one family with young children. My car and their car run together, and that adds to my sense of security. At the end of the trip, Sajid offered me to go down at Souq Waqif and taught me tips to find a cheap but delicious dinner. Overall, this Trips was a very effective Trips for me.
