Memorable Market - Saleh (pretty sure how you spell his name) did a great job taking us through the market - explaining the history - sampling local items and helping us with dinner recommendations (he did not disappoint) He was engaging with my daughter as were were on a graduation celebration vacation. Highly recommend the tour - save some time to shop as well!

Great - This is one of my favourite places to visit. I love the hustle and bustle and also the fact you can buy almost anything. The animal souq is great and enormous. The thing I like best is all the different types of food available, it really shows how multi-national Doha is. On two visits to Doha covering a total of seven days we have eaten at Souq Waqif five times. It is not only popular with tourists but locals too. It is a great place to visit and I would highly recommend a visit at dinner time.
