Many Thanks and much love to Amori and her Family - I stayed with Amori and her family for a retreat for 3 days. I was looked after and cooked for with a lot of love and dedication. I felt very comfortable and completely safe and learned a lot from the conversations and from the shared meditation and yoga classes. I will not forget this time and should the opportunity arise, I can return to a longer retreat at any time. I would like to thank Amori again very much for the teaching and the intensive discussions and to her family for the loving accommodation and care.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND to rebalance your life - Amorni was the most hospitable host and her home is full of nature and with comfortable living quarters. I came out of this experience feeling rested, peaceful, and ready for a year ahead of kindness and love.
Amorni accommodates whatever you ask for, though the typical schedule includes a morning yoga/mediation session and evening yoga/meditation session, with meals and snacks provided. She also brought me to the local temple and market.
Agreed with other guests who said this is more of a homestay than a strict yoga/meditation retreat. HIGHLY recommend for anyone looking to slow down in their lives, potentially gain new perspectives, and just enjoy their time with AMAZING food and mindful activities.
Beyond yoga, meditation, and food, I most enjoyed talking to Amorni and hearing about her life and story. It’s inspiring and really moving to see how she’s able to give her kindness and wisdom to people around the world every day.

A yoga retreat run by a loving family - This is a truly amazing experience. Khun Amori is one of the nicest yoga teachers I have ever met. We had mediation and yoga practise twice a day. I went to this retreat with two other friends, one is a beginner while the other is an experienced yogi. Amori planned the practices to work on different parts of our body in each practice and adjusted the level and style in order to suit our individual body condition. Our accommodation is a nice house with three bedrooms, provided with all the necessities. Her mother cooked us amazing food everyday, and treated us like her own when she found out my friend also speaks Hokkien dialect, her native language! We enjoyed the trip to nearby local attractions during the stay thoroughly. Khun Amori poured her heart out and infused the program with her passion and soul. She really took good care of all of us. We highly recommend this to anyone who loves nature, prefers home stay experience and enjoys yoga and meditation in a cozy and homely setting.

You will find your zen - I had a half day of meditation and yoga with Amori and it was really nice experience. She truly knows how to calm you down and helps you to find your zen. She is a great host and the meals were delicious. She also took us to the temple and told us stories about Thai culture, Buddha and temple. I truly recommend her and if I'd be ever back in Chaign Mai, I will come to her retreat once again.

Stretch, rest and relax - We had such a wonderful with Amori and her family. The food was excellent, especially made by her Mom . They were so generous with a huge fruit platter and water. Will definitely recommend this to any one who wants to experience a hustle free 3 days and learn yoga and meditation too.

Warm hospitality - I was there with my other 2 friends. We felt very warm and homely there. Amorie and her family were very hospitable. She conducted yoga lessons and brought us out to some local attractions. Her friendly 90 years old mom did most of the food preparation. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

Wonderful inspiring retreat in the greens - Very nice and welcoming Amori and her whole family who took care of us! Placed in a little paradise outside of Chiang Mai. We extended our stay because we liked it so much. Daily meditation and yoga was inspiring, calming and also demanding (that’s at least what our bodies said after yoga sessions). We‘ll be back!

Yoga and meditation retreat - Gosh where to begin... at the beginning I guess. From the moment I stepped out of the taxi at Amori oasis of ❤ I felt relaxed and welcome. The driver meet me at the airport, being my first time in Thailand and after a long hale flight it was just what I needed, no worries or stress 😁. The retreat itself is located a short distance (in my opinion) from the airport and the city centre, in a rural thai area surrounded by rice fields and temples in the distance. The meditation and yoga were out of this world. I've done guided meditation for the last two years so this helped me settle right into the mindful walking and meditation, even if I hadn't Amori takes the time to work with you. I've dipped in and out of yoga over the years, and again Amori took this on board and worked with me within my boundaries. I was lucky enough to have one on one for a few days, then joined by a variety of other guest. I enjoyed the Saturday chair yoga and meeting the local people who attended. The food Amori mother cooked was extremely delicious and tasty, the green thai curry my favourite 👍 you can taste the love. The accommodation was above anything I expected and I really did feel Amori bending over backwards (and literally) to help me , even with a trip to the local chemist to get my tummy sorted after the culture and time shifts. I cannot rate this experience high enough and I hope to return one day soon, namaste 🙏

Peaceful retreat full of learning experiences - Before this retreat, I'd never meditated before so I was looking for an experience that allowed me to dip a toe into meditation + offered flow classes.
The retreat was a great way to incorporate a few days of R&R into a packed trip to Chiang Mai. Held right outside of the city in a pretty little farming village, the host and instructor Amori made the experience (from trip logistics to practice to meals) seamless and enjoyable. Her house/guest quarters/studio are set in a lovely zen garden. All of the meals are cooked by Amori's mother -- huge portions of homecooked food were the cherry on top of the retreat! Amori is a skilled instructor and adjusted her lessons to meet the needs of her guests. I received a good beginner's intro to meditation (exactly what I was looking for) through morning/evening "mindful walking" and seated meditation sessions, as well as flows that allowed me and the other students to easily modify based on past experience/how our bodies were feeling that day. Amori has methods to make yoga accessible for all body types/skill ranges, making for a great teacher. She was attentive as both a host and an instructor which made this a very relaxing and valuable learning experience for me.
