Great experience again, with Kelly Tours! - We have been using Kelly Tours for the past few years for airport tranfers to our resort. Kelly and his team have always been on time and very courteous and friendly. We will continue to use them!!

Always Reliable and Great Customer Service - We have used Kelly Tours for years for transport to/from the airport and for tours. Most recently we booked transport in November for a large group of 12 with adults and small children and another transport for 2 adults in May. Before arriving I was able to reach out to Kelly Tours with any questions via WhatsApp Messenger and they were always quick to respond. The drivers are always super friendly and the pickup at the hotel is always reliable. We look forward to booking Kelly Tours for transportation for our upcoming trips in September and November. Highly recommend!

Kelly Tours - Excellent Service - We just returned from Punta Cana on 11/13. We have used Kelly Tours for our Private Transfers the last 6 or 7 times and they have been nothing short of fantastic. Always on time, always have beer and water for us, we never felt unsafe like we did with other transfers we used. Got to our destination safe and in the time they said it would take. We have personally had Kelly (the owner) a few times and going back on Saturday he picked us up in a beautiful Audi SUV. Such a pleasant man and we will definitely be using them again in ch when we return

Great transport but didn’t deliver on drinks as advertised. - Airport transportation January 3 and 10. Driver was on time and courteous. Service was excellent, driver operated in a safe manner unlike other transfers I had. Water provided for drive to resort, bring a bottle from resort for drive back. My only complaint is do not advertise a free beer per person if you are not going to provide! I would gladly pay for it but advertised as beer included so didn’t order. I do not appreciate false advertising.

Do Not Use - Our driver never came so we were told we would receive our 150usd back… that was on April 10. I keep trying to reach Kelly Tours via whatsapp and emails but they keep ignoring me. I would love to give a nice review but based on the fact we feel we were lied to….I need to be honest

HORRIBLE RESPONSE RATE AND SERVICE! - Kelly the owner put us in a Taxi upon arrival at the airport. We prepaid for beer and water yet there weren’t any. He handed the Taxi driver some cash to stop to buy the beer and water. Well he didn’t give the taxi driver enough money so we had to make another stop where the beer was cheaper. After a 12 hour travel day who wants to have to stop. I’m still waiting on a refund for the additional beers. I have sent several emails but no response. Return trip to the airport again was not a Kelly tour bus appeared to be an independent contractor. The driver was on time however, upon arrival at the airport he took us to the wrong terminal even after we confirmed which airline we were flying. Also, we had to send a message to Kelly to ask what time our pickup would be since he was not proactive in doing so. Will absolutely NOT recommend this company!!

Poor Customer Service Can't Get A Refund - Do not do business with this company. I had made airport reservations for a trip to Cap Cana in June. I had to cancel my trip and I have been trying to get my money refunded since April 11th. Numerous emails have gone unanswered and when some were I was told that the refund will be coming. The refund policy is 100% refund within 10-20 business days. I have had numerous exchanges through Whats App also telling me that the they are checking on it. It has been over a month now. Dont waste your time with this company!!!

Scam company, do not use - This company is a joke!! Booked a private taxi from the airport to our hotel and nobody turned up. When the locals called Kelly Tours and try to find out where they were, the company denied any booking has been made on my name. The telephone they have provided does not exist either.
