The staff was the best part of this... -
The staff was the best part of this tour! Uncle Rocky was my favorite! The description of the tour is that you will stop at a few places to snorkel before going to the island. We did not do that at all! Considering we chose to do this excursion for the snorkeling it was very disappointing! We did snorkel off of the beach once we got to the island. There were quite a few fish which was cool, but there wasn't much for colorful coral. Unfortunately, the coral that was there was so close to the surface that people were getting hurt on it. It seems that if we had snorkeled further from the shore as the excursion was explained to do, it would not have been an issue. Food was just ok. There were women there that would do a massage fairly inexpensively and they were very good!!!! Altos de Chevon was beautiful!

Disappointing trip - There was nothing said about visiting the island and so the whale watching ended up being 2 hrs out of a full day tour. And there was 60 people on the boat which made it impossible to see the whales. I signed us up for a 15 person 8 hr tour and we started 1.5 hours later than they said it would start. Riding the bus for 7 hrs that day was not mentioned in the description of the tour. Now looking at tours I believe we paid way too much for what we actually got. The driver of the boat would race over to the whales along with other boats so the whales just went down deep. Very disappointed.

Supposed to be a 21st birthday treat for my daughter, but ended up being a disaster - Do you not use this to operator I booked for three people for whale watching of a maximum of 15 people on the day there was actually over 30 people and we were crammed onto a boat. Our tour should’ve started at eight but the reality of it is that we were told that we had to be on the bus by 6 am and then we spent over two hours going from hotel to hotel picking up over 30 people. We pacifically paid extra for this trip because of the small group of 15 As for lunch I was told that they would be pasta as a vegetarian. I thought that would be okay but when I went to have lunch there was no pasta. I just had rice and a little bit of salad which Considering that we hadn’t eaten from six in the morning to lunchtime, the option of food for me wasn’t substantial at all. I have figured out what this tour company does If it’s had to cancel trips due to bad weather, they just pile everybody onto a boat when the sea is calm Regardless stating on there trip only 15 persons making a small group, and also you have to pay over the odds for that privilege Have been in contact with this tour operator twice, that’s not even had the decency to contact me back. Such a massively disappointed trip. I came away, feeling totally scammed.
