Whale watching and bathing in a hidden gem - The tour was amazing, from pickup to drop off... Cruising the ocean chasing and looking for whales was amazing! We were the first boat in the water and had unprecedented encounters with this beautiful family of hump back whales!! It was truly amazing!! Followed by a journey up the mountains, through the woods on horse back rides to this beautiful waterfall called El Limón! The lunch provided was delicious and the staff everywhere was friendly! Highly and strongly recommend this tour if you're a fan of the outdoors and want to live a unique experience!

It's an amazing trip to see a lot of the beautiful country side! We were lucky enough to see a mama whale and her baby! Just incredible to see! The waterfall was spectacular! Took a long horse ride down to the falls and back up again. Lunch was really good at the end!

Natures best during this whale of an experience. - This trio was a real wow for us! It’s a long day - as others have said so know that going in. But- the chance to see these amazing creatures was well worth it. We were picked up at our hotel promptly and met up with a larger group to a meeting point with a large and comfortable bus. The guides Nacho and Enrique made the ride entertaining and informative. Machines quite the character! Then on to the boat marina to Samana we went. First we drove to the El Limon Falls to take a morning hike to the waterfall. We opted to walk vs rode the horses to get some exercise. The Falls were lovely and refreshing. Even if you didn’t get in the mist was nice and cooling. Then we made our way to the starting point for a delicious and authentic lunch- and really cold beer! From here we headed back to the boat for our whale adventure. It took a bit of navigating but our captain and guide were relentless in finding whales and what a prize we received. A mother whale and her baby entertained us for over 30 minutes. It was spectacular! The baby jumped and jumped to our delight. It was almost like it was showing off. There were countless tail slaps on the water and everyone had the perfect view. Truly a magical experience. If you’re there during whale season we would highly recommend this adventure!

Watching the whales was... - Watching the whales was worth the trip. It was amazing to watch them so close! If I had to do this again, I would choose one excursion without the Lemon Cascade. The Lemon Cascade is beautiful too, but you have to walk up and down 280 steps each way, and for me it would have been better to stop in a beach instead.

An unforgettable experience - First of all, thank Nacho the guide, for making the day a pleasant and joyful trip, and driver Perez for a good bus ride we had. Secondly explain that the experience of seeing whales is wonderful, unique in life and the beach that we attend afterwards also very beautiful.

Whale watching with Nacho. - Nice (long) day trip with bus driver Enrique and travel leather Nacho. You'll be on "familia Nacho!" all day. Cheerful guy, gives a lot of information about area. From start to finish everything is arranged: pick up / transport, food, drinks, pee break, etc. Whales seen! Too bad you immediately feel very "tourist" because of all the other boats on the water looking for a humpback whale. We have combined mer 3 hours Bacardi Island. Again beautiful, bright blue water, good food, time to sunbathe and full of souvenirs. Back to the bus by speedboat at 3pm. Very spectacular and wet. Definitely do this trip if you do not suffer from motion sickness or else (just like us) take a travel tablet in advance because of long bus trip and wild boat trip. All in all fine experience.
