Amazing Day on Saona Island! - Amazing day on Saona Island! The catamaran was super fun, the island is beautiful, and the lunch was delicious. Perfect for enjoying with family or friends. Highly recommended!

Sharing with Grandma - I went with my grandmother to this beautiful island and had a wonderful time I had never seen her so comfortable, being able to breathe fresh air, enjoying the environment, and having a delicious and well-prepared lunch Good job, guys My grandmother didn't leave the bar, haha!

great - Our Saona Island Day Trip from Punta Cana with lunch and open bar was an unforgettable adventure. The boat ride was exhilarating, and the island was a treasure trove of natural beauty. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and the lunch was a culinary delight.

Picture scam - This was a beautiful experience. My only issue is they took pictures of us told me one price and then when I payed they charged me extra. I told them since you want to charge me extra that’s your tip. Then come to found out another family had more pictures then what we had and they charged them less.

Beautiful island, bare bones experience - Bring a towel! I was surprised that neither the excursion description nor any reviews mentioned this. Open bar was some 2L soda bottles and rum. The swimming and beach was beautiful. All in all, it was fun, just very bare bones. As with all excursions I guess, there also were many requests from people selling stuff - pictures, Knick knacks, massages. Way too much, and really impacts ability to relax when people are constantly coming up to you to give them money.

Bad experience - Everything was fine until we arrived at the port to be picked up by the boat. They promise you a catamaran which is not true. You go on a small boat that is overcrowded and you can barely move. The leader of our team was a woman, who was extremely rude every time she was asked a question. I was embarrassed to take off my clothes to stay in my swimsuit, since the same employees who were inside the boat harassed you with their gaze and made unnecessary comments. In this application it assures you that food and drinks such as water, beers and rum are included. Not everything is included since the only alcohol they had was rum and they wanted to sell the beers to you. I asked the leader of our group about the beers since they were included in the package and she very rudely answered that she couldn't do anything for me. The food was terrible and in addition to that they gave us the food at 2pm after having started the tour at 8am. They didn't give us any snacks or anything.

Palmed off/poor sound/ waisted time - So what was supposed to be an 8 hour excursion turned into a 13 hour drag by the obvious stops at gift shops (tourist traps) and changing of transports. This is a budget experience with sub par transport, poor sound system and crew co mingling and partying with their friends. Cheap liquor and plastic cups… food was acceptable. Got the sense that we got palmed off onto this cruise as we probably the only ones that were booked for that specific cruise/boat.

Horrible - The view was definitely amazing but the experience with this company was horrible!! To start off we were supposed to get picked up at the hotel and then they were supposed to take us to a big bus to join another group. When we arrived to the gas station where we had to go on the other bus, the bus was not there. We got off the van and waiting like 3 minutes until the driver decided to call and then he was told to pick up another group at a different location. We got to the other group and picked up the people. Not a call was received to notify us the change. ended up leaving in a tiny bus with another group of 11 people. After driving for like 25 minutes I asked the driver where we were going and he said oh I’m taking you to catch the boat. When getting dropped off we were lost for like 45 minutes until someone finally said they were our tour guide. The communication was HORRIBLE! While being on the boat they asked to take a picture of us because our tour agency never communicated with the hotel. On our way to the island everything went well. We were supposed to have open bar and food. When getting to the food that opened at 1:00pm there was a huge line of over 50 people. We made it to get served by 1:35 and all the food was gone! A few groups stayed without food! The “open bar” was open but the boat attendants decided to bring the bottles down to the water and instead of serving everyone in cups they were serving it straight to the people’s mouths by a short distance. The crew was drinking themselves.They were drinking alcohol while driving a group of over 50 passengers.Everyone on the boat got soaked as if it was raining because the captain was driving horribly! Then to top it off the pictures taken on the boat were to be purchased. I gave the photographer the cash but since I didn’t have change and needed change i gave him 150 and he was supposed to give me 75 in change. He disappeared and my money was gone! This was an awful experience and don’t want anyone else going through what I went through.

Do not waste time or money - This was the worst most unorganized excursion I have ever been on. It was supposed to be an 8-9 hour total day. Ended up 13 1/2 and 3 1/2 of it was them moving bodies from van to van, we even stopped once we finally got on the road and they moved more people. They fed us one time in that period. Open bar was warm coke and rum or sprite only. They refused to let us get off the bus and Uber back. I e even charged by Uber for missi G them because they refused to let us off…. Boarder line kidnapping!! I’m not a review writer but they ruined our 1 of only 4 day vacation! Beware of this company!!! Terrible!!!

Do not recommend - DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! Definitely go visit Saona island but if you are able to book a trip where they have a speed boat that goes both ways and skipping the catamaran I do recommend you do it. We spent most of our day transferring from car to bus to boat to another boat.
