Beautiful island, great amount of time there, nice food, not so organized driving back to Punta Cana though - It was great. We had a good amount of time in saona and in the natural swimming pool. The driving from Punta Cana and back to Punta Cana could have been way more organized tho. The food served was really nice and the drinks were okay (although beer was only available for 1hr during lunch and that's all). The woman in the end was a bit too awkward in the way she asked for tips. But in general, it was a great experience and the staff are very kind. Would recommend and even go again.

Wonderful Island!!! - We had a great time. They were responsible, respectful and happy people is what you find in D.R. We recommend the tour. The island was beautiful, beautiful, beautiful.

Nice walk - Very nice tour, with lunch and drinks. The only point that could be improved was the issue of the transfer, we changed transportation in the middle of the way (from a bus to a van) and it ended up taking a long time to get to our hotel..

Meh - We did not realize that we'd get on one boat that would take us to another boat, which turned out to be a party boat. We sat on that boat, waiting for over an hour for more people to be dropped off. It was nauseating, just sitting there and bobbing in the water. It did not say this in the trip description. I thought we were getting on a boat that would take us directly to the destination. I had requested a gluten-free meal but did not expect it and of course, there was nothing. The food on the island can best be described as, no one got sick. Mass market food, you'll get your calories but please don't expect anything that's actually good. They make it to feed thousands a day. If you have dietary restrictions, bring your own, like we did. The swimming area and the island itself are nice but definitely not something we'd do again. The beach at our resort was just as nice.

Drunk Guest in the Bus - Saona Island is magnificent but the experience with the company is not great. First, I understand we don't speak the language. It was just hard because the guide spoke in Spanish mostly. Second, The vendors especially the massage therapists in Saona Island were pushy. I came to relax but it was stressful to deal with them to the point that I just said yes so they will stop harrassing me. Last, the ride back to hotel. There was a drunk passenger in the bus who was talking loudly in Spanish then would speak in English as if he is mocking English speakers. Nobody stopped him even the staff. In fact, they enabled him by taking him to the store to buy another drink. When we got off the bus, he was forcing us to give a tip to the driver. We prepared the tip already but because we were frustrated, scared and annoyed at him, we just ran out off the bus immediately. It was a traumatic experience for me to even do another excursion in Punta Cana. We cancelled our 2nd excursion because of the incident. I know this is an isolated incident but your staff should know better. They should've stopped him for doing that. It was so disrespectful on our part. We don't deserve it. All we want was to enjoy our excursion, as what your staff always say," you're on vacation, enjoy!" but it ended so badly.

Big SCAM DONT BOOK!! - It’s a SCAM DONT BOOK !!! They sent me to a bogus address on Maps that took us to a random building. We called them at two separate and they ignored the call multiple times. We asked the neighbors in the area if they knew of a this company and multiple people said no! We were so disappointed. I want a refund!!!

Scam and unsafe - Would not recommend to anyone unless you'd like to get scammed. We booked and they told us the day before that upon pick up they could not pick us up at our resort because they were not allowed through our security gate. A bit concerning no? So we went ahead and asked them what the reason was they did not give us a straight answer told us it was because of "certain resort policies" but our resort has let every other bus or van pick us up through the gate so I'd assume they are not a safe operator and aren't trusted by the resorts. After trying to convince them to pick us up from the main entrance they kept denying and telling us we will have to meet them outside of our gated area. If that dosent scream unsafe I don't know what does. Afterwards had a talk with Viator concerning the unsafe situation and they still to this day have no updates on my refund since the tour operator is ignoring them on this matter. HUGE MASSIVE SCAM

Worst 13 hours of my life - It was a pretty poor experience of 13 hours in total. No snacks on boat. 2 hours at beach. The rest of the time was waiting in bus or on boat. The food when we arrived for lunch was awful.

No pickup - Don’t book with this company. Tour company did not pick us up so booked with company which was great. Island was awesome. Hope to get my refund soon.

Unprofessional - I received an email around 9:30 pm on December 30th and a text message I thought was spam because it was to someone named Danielle. I am extremely upset that the agent took my credit card information confirmed my booking and she was not aware that this tour would not be available on January 1, 2025
