We’re a family-run establishment with a focus on roasting Dominican coffee. In your visit, you’ll discover the journey of specialty coffee from its harvesting to its cultivation in the Dominican highlands. You’ll get an insight into the entire harvesting process, and then delve into our roasting techniques, even witnessing a live roasting of a small coffee batch. To top off your experience, you’ll have the chance to sample various coffees at the conclusion of your session.

Our family-operated establishment excels in the roasting of Dominican coffee. In your visit, you’ll gain insight into everything from the picking of specialty coffee to its cultivation in the highlands of the Dominican Republic. Following an overview of the coffee harvesting stages, you will get a glimpse into our roasting process and even observe a roasting session of a limited quantity of coffee. To cap off your experience, at the conclusion of your walk-through, you’re invited to sample various coffees we offer.

Beautiful coffee we will back - We both had iced coffees and they were Devine, so refreshing. The place is very colourful and inviting. The staff were friendly and very welcoming. They have photos of the coffee making process and they offer a coffee tasting experience which we did not try this time however it looked very interesting. We will definitely be back.
