Jinshanling Great Wall -

After being picked up, the group will proceed directly to the Jinshanling Great Wall. The journey from Beijing to Jinshanling Great Wall is approximately 136 km and takes about 2 hours by car.
The package includes main gate entrance tickets and a shuttle bus ticket.

From 1 April to 31 October: Visitors can enter through the middle gate of Jinshanling and access the Great Wall from Brick Crenel (tower name) or Shalingkou. The hike along the Great Wall covers about 6 km, ending at the East Five Window tower, with an exit at the East Gate of Jinshanling. The driver will be waiting at the parking lot outside the East Gate. Please note that the hike is moderately challenging.

From 1 November to 31 March: Entry and exit are through the same gate, the middle gate. The driver will be waiting at the same location.
Remember to bring your own food and drinks for lunch, and ensure you have your passport with you for the tour!

- There is no toilet along the path on the Wall. Please prepare before hiking and always carry toilet paper by yourself.

- You will be followed by local farmers at Jinshanling. They may you help along the way, as a reward they will sell some souvenirs. If you don’t want to buy, you have to say NO firmly at the beginning (MAYBE LATER does not work in Chinese culture) or just ignore them and do not speak a word with them; otherwise they can be persistent and follow you all the way on the Wall.
